#danny phantom#dpau#reallybaddpau#is this me calling out the peruvian bus system??? maybe#listen#riding the bus in cusco is:#ok i know where i need to go let me look up which bus route gets me closest#oh wait actually this isn't public transportation technically because its all privately owned so routes aren't online#ok.#so you go to the nearest bus stop#the buses come by. places that are on their routes are painted on the side of the buses#if you go by plaza tupac amaru by way of avenida el sol is that close to where you need to go?#whoops! in the time it has taken you to read the route the bus has already left#ok so you've figured out which bus to take#its called batman and its yellow#you see one approaching#but oops you didn't wave it down and it didn't see you#so it doesn't stop#ok#there's another one coming#you flag it down#you get on#the instant your foot leaves the pavement the bus starts again. you tumbled forward slightly#the bus does not stop at every stop#it may or may not even announce when it is approaching a stop#you have to look out the window and know when your stop#is#and then you realize its next and say BAJA BAJA#and hope they hear you#so you can pay and get off
