when you had first started traversing the sandy plains of the deserts of No Man's Land, you thought about the people you may run into, both known and unknown

"HELLOO!!!" A squeaky voice shouted.

Well, you had thought of "people" at first...

The....thing stared up at you, its tiny plushie hands waving around to get your attention, a cute little red poncho covering him like a blanket and blue beady stitched eyes looking at you in wonder. This..plushie? oddly looked like your crush, the infamous human typhoon, the one you hadn't seen in the last two years.

"H-Hello?" You stuttered out in disbelief as you crouched down, the cowboy hat you wore covering your eyes from the blinding suns, giving it the needed shade to observe the small thing. "How'd you get all the way out here?"

The little guy did a cute small twirl in place before running up to you "Thank god!" He said, his voice more high pitched than you had expected it to be "I thought I was gonna be stranded out here! Oh thank you!"

You couldn't help but cover your mouth with your hand to muffle the adoration you had for the cute poor thing.

lOOK AT HIM! OH MY GOD

He was so small and so.. "Oh my god you're adorable!" You gasped out as you put both of your hands out, the little plushie climbing up and onto your hand and into your palm.

"I was originally in a box with other plushies but.. I was the only one that was able to talk and move!" He chirped out "But when the truck was driving, I accidentally fell out..." He sighed animately, his small pudgy shoulders drooping down.

You tilted your head in curiosity, who the hell was mass producing Vash as a plushie? You wondered what Vash would've thought about this. To the thought of your former friend, you somberly smiled at the plushie "Hey, if you want, you can come with me, if that's okay. It'd be pretty mean to leave you out here little guy." The two nibs of his arms flew up to his mouth "R-Really?! Oh I would love that!" You giggled as he jumped up and down. But you came to a bit of a dilemna.

"Now...Where am I gonna put you?" You thought out loud, before another thought came to you "Do you get hot or anything like that? Or do you just not feel the heat?"

The plushie shook its head "Not really! It just feels really warm!"

"Oh good.." You breathed.

Now, where could you put him....Oh! You looked down to your chest to see the small pocket of your shirt "Maybe here?"

You put your hand up to the pocket of your shirt and... 'Vash' jumped in, rustling around before his head poked out and the nibs of his hands held the top of the pocket.

"Perfect! Now let's go!" You smiled out before fixing the bag on your shoulder and restarting your stride through the dry sand.

"...Can we get donuts?"

In the Cat Café with Him

Pairing: Ayato Kamisato x Reader

AU: Modern, a lil smau at the end

Genre: Fluff

Sypnosis: You and Ayato go to a Cat Café and spend the rest of the day there together

A/N: I've got this idea and I wanted to write a fic about it so here it is! ... I hope you guys enjoy it!

You and Ayato walk hand-in-hand into the Cat Café, the scent of freshly roasted espresso in the air. You both find a table in the second floor near the window and set up your laptops, getting ready for a productive day.

As you type away on your keyboards, you can't help but steal glances at Ayato. He's so focused on his work, and yet he looks so relaxed and content. You find yourself smiling, feeling lucky to be able to share this moment with him and work beside him.

As the day goes on, you both continue to work on your laptops, occasionally taking breaks to get some drinks and order snacks from the menu. You both seem to be in a groove, with the only sound in the room being the clack of keys and the occasional hum of the coffee machine.

As you take a breaks, you guys talk about some stuff.

"So how's your work going?" you asked Ayato as you looked at him.

"It's good, how about you?" Ayato said smiling at you.

"It's pretty good, anyways should we get a snack, i'm kinda getting hungry" you said as you suggest to get something to eat.

"That's good to hear, and yes, i'll go get us something to eat, what would you like to get?" Ayato said agreeing at your suggestion.

"Hmmm, I guess i'll get (snack name)"

"Alright, then i'll be back"

"Okay!" you said while smiling at him.

As Ayato goes downstairs to the counter to get the snacks, you saw the cats and wanted to play with them for a while

As you get up to your seat, you grab your phone so you can take pictures of the cats, you lay on the carpet they have and as soon as you sat at the carpet two cats came close to you, the other cat immediately goes to your lap, it has with white fur and blue eyes

"Oh hii" you said as you get surprised because the cat is on your lap right now

"Come here" you said to the other cat with orange fur and gray eyes as you tap the floor to come close to you

When the cat see you tapping at your floor, it goes to you immediately

"You guys are soo adorablee" you said as you touch their fur and pat them at their heads, you take your phone and take picture of them

You saw a toy beside you so you take it and started playing with the both cats

You didn't notice that while you are playing with the cats, Ayato is already setting the snacks at your table and as he saw you playing with the cats, he softly smiled at you seeing you having fun with them.

You only noticed him when he sat next to you

"Oh! Ayato you are here already" you said looking at him surprised

"Mhm, There isn't much people at the counter so I got to order immediately, the snacks is on our table" he said as he looked at you smiling

"It also seems like you are having fun with the cats"

"Of course I am! They're soo adorablee and oh I took some pictures of them" you said looking cheerfully at him and excited

"I see, i'm glad you are happy" he said softly smiling at you

"You should play with them too! Here!" you said to him while handing him the toy so he can play with the cats too

"Hmmm? Me?" he said as he look at you slightly surprised.

"Yeah! It's fun" you said.

"Okay" he took the toy and when cats saw the toy at him they immediately come to him and started playing at them.

He looks like he's having fun too as you him smiling while playing with the cats, you can't help but softly smile while you watch him enjoying himself playing with the cats

"You're right it is fun playing with them" he said as he looks at you

"Told you" you said.

You guys play with the cats for a while until you need to go back to your seats to work again

You guys go back to work again while you eat the snacks that you ordered.

As the evening approaches, you both realize that you haven't eaten a meal and only ate snacks since you came to the Cat Café. You decide to take a break and head to the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful, with soft lighting and cozy atmosphere. You choose a table outside in the terrace, and as you both order your food, you can't help but feel grateful to be in this moment with Ayato.

"The view is beautiful" you said as you look at the view in awe.

"I agree" he said as he also looks at the view.

Over dinner, you both share your thoughts on the work you've been doing, discussing the challenges you've faced and the successes you've achieved while doing your works. You both finish your meals satisfied and happy, feeling like you've had a perfect day together.

"You know love, I feel more productive and I enjoy my day more when I spend my day with you, I think we should do this more often like working together beside each other" Ayato said looking at you softly.

"I know, I feel the same thing too, maybe do this again every week?" you said agreeing to what Ayato said.

"Whatever you say love" he said smiling at you.

As the night falls, you both walk back to the Cat Café, feeling a sense of contentment that only comes from spending time with someone you love and care about. You continue to work for a while longer, chatting and sharing stories, before finally calling it a night and heading home.

"We should definitely come back here again" Ayato said.

"Indeed! because not only their foods and drink are delicious but the cats here are sooo cuteee too!!" You said definitely agreeing to Ayato.

"I agree, I enjoyed playing with them too" he said.

"Me too!" you said.

As you two leave the Cat Café to go home, you both can tell that the both of you definitely enjoy this day, you have fun and happy to be with each other's company.

You are sure that you will enjoy it again, when you both do this again in the future.

Hi hiiii Just wanted to hop on to say your art is absolutely gorgeous, and your animations give me motivation to start learning animations (ive been putting it off for so longgg). Like thye are literally so cute and smooth and <333 Your oc's are so so so CUTEE and i checked out your comic!! Oh my goodness hello! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and kind message! Waking up to this definitely helped me get started with my day a little faster. ♥ I wish you luck on your animation endeavors! It's intimidating and redundant at first, but once you get your own flow going, it comes to you naturally. I highly recommend "Animators Survival Kit". Have you seen Who Framed Roger Rabbit? A classic, but same animator shows you how it's done in that book. Very good resource for 2D animators. Growing up with Disney and Don Bluth, I ended up fawning over strictly 2D animation and not tweened, puppeted or rigged. Equal work goes into all forms of art, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to enjoy that style as much as I want to. It just isn't for me. But that doesn't mean it won't click with you! Try all sorts of different ways of animation and see what you like most. Try not to get frustrated when it doesn't come out looking like [*insert any Spirited Away scene*] at first. As for the comic, thank you! I can't wait to post more pages and show you Sven's history of pain and suffering :D Partially kidding, but there is a lot to come so I hope you are looking forward to that as well! Maybe one day it will get popular enough to release plushies omg

HENCH IS MY ABSOLUTE MOST FAVORITE BOOK EVER I LOVE IT SO MUCH BUT NO ONE ELSE I KNOW HAS READ IT!!! WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE THING IN IT?

WHERE DO I EVEN STARTTTTTT OK SO THE MAIN CHARACTER IS SOOOO FUN. the way she goes from hench to full on supervillain is SOOO SMOOTH. like you're there every step of the way and it's all completely logical and enthralling, but at the same time its clear she has a talent for this kind of thing. AND THEN- the way she gets her villain name (The Auditor is SOOO COOL AGUAGUDSHG) !!!!

HER RELATIONSHIP WITH JUNE IS ADORABLE AND I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE THE TRAJECTORY OF IT. And - and Leviathan- *gurgling* HE'S SO GENDERR HE'S SOOO FUNN AUGH and his backstory with super collider is sooo fucked up!!!!! (i listened to the audiobook so if im spelling anyones name wrong, that's why)

i love body horror so i was very VERY pleASED with the end of the book aafodashfdsjghdaskf i did NOT expect "Mass of tortured flesh" to be a part of this story but i was VERY HAPPY about it.

OH HHH AND THE WORK PLACE ENVIRONMENT IS ADORABLEE TOO. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE MAIN CHARACTERS RELATIONSHIP WITH the- the guy who's the head of the Meat. I think his name was Keller idk im blanking right now- ITS SOOO FUNNNNN. IT'S LITERALLY SO FUN.

ALSO i think it took me maybe longer than it should have to realize that this society forcefully drafts people with super powers into being superheroes at a young age like- thats so fucked and i didnt even realize thats what was happening until i was like 80% way through the book.

im not being very coherent here hafdshufhasghdsuaf i just want to point out all the parts i enjoyed but i'd basically just be recounting the entire plot if i did!!!!
