it's still early days but man I've been with this agency a little over a month now and the vibes just continue to be rancid.
I never thought I'd say this but wow I really miss working at the hospital...
#hospitals have PROBLEMS but do you know what they also have#functional EMR systems#a strong hierarchy of who to contact in case of specific issues#well established administrations#very rigid but at least consistent rules#oh and they're not operating out of the janky basement of a hundred year old building#I dunno I'm feeling very out of my depth and uncomfortable at this agency and I do not like it#the staff turnover is very high and that's...telling
