There is 0 guarantee that Daisuke would EVER stand up for Anya if he heard about what Jimmy did to her by the way. Just like Curly and Swansea, it is entirely possible that he would hear about it and just accept it. Him being young and nice means nothing. If you can't accept that then you did not understand the game and you do not understand the reality of misogyny and rape culture.
