But Cas was too popular. And beloved. So they killed Anna and left Cas. And so Cas and Dean's relationship ended up paralleling Sam and Ruby's roman-- [gunshots]

Indvisable tabletop RPG premise #137: solo journaling game where.. okay, you know that serialised boys' adventure schlock from the 1930s and 1940s where the writers needed the otherwise intensely homosocial male leads to be seen hanging out with girls in order to prove that they're not gay, but they didn't want to include more than one female character, so they'd have just the one girl and sort of imply-without-ever-directly-stating that she's dating all of them at once? Solo journaling game where you take on the role of that girl.

I cannot believe they marketed the Scott Pilgrim Takes Off animated series as a true-to-the-graphic novels adaptation with Bryan Lee O’Malley and the original movie cast (thus luring in both the movie fans and the graphic novel purists), set the first episode up to appear exactly like that’s what they were doing, and then at the last minute they went SIKE this is not the story you think it is. I’m obsessed

The mighty nein’s backstories are really like. Abused and kidnapped. Abused and killed own family. Orphaned and kidnapped into new tribe and abused. Woke up in own grave. Orphan who became a normal sailor then almost died. Family slowly disappeared one by one. Kept hidden inside a brothel and then sent away. Totally 100% normal life until horrifically killed and resurrected as the monster that killed you.
