Do they exercise? Regularly? Or only when forced? What do they act like pre-work out and post-work out? -Odessa

Odessa does exercise regularly, it’s usually practicing dacing but she does enjoy aerobics and some weightlifting. She is pretty excited going into a work out, usually has one of those fancy pre-work out teas and such, and she loves the feeling afterwards.
