#october propmts

I just wanted to tell y'all that I'm really grateful that thanks to you this project can still exist. Please take all the time you need to work this out. I often see asks about the propmts being released too late, etc. and I want to tell you that I can't remeber the prompts ever being up earlier than late August/early September (which is enough time, considering that people don't *have* to post on the exact date of October). Please don't feel pressured by people. Thanks for your hard work!

Thank you for your support! We just hope that, no matter when the prompts are posted, you all enjoy what we've come up with and have a great time participating in the event this year!

Okay I'm one third of my way through my october prompt challenge. Not as far as I would like but not as far back as I could be. Kinktober still haven't made propmts for this year, so I feel like I made the right call using my own.

It's almost October, so let us all remember and rejoice that time a network here on tumblr did a smut writing event/competition and were kind enough to include some propmts.... That included Hitler and deceased soldiers?....

Hello! We are so excited to announce that we are hosting a creative challenge for October this year! We have picked 4 themes that will run throughout the month with individual prompts for each day (for example: October 12th would be Friendship/Appreciation).

Housekeeping:

Arts and Crafts Contest

There will be an arts and crafts contest at The Ineffable Con!

This contest is open to join for everyone, non-attendees and attendees alike.

All entered artworks will be on display throughout the convention weekend, and the two most voted on pieces on will be prized on Sunday. We will also prize, if not concurrent, the two most voted on pieces from artists attending the convention.

You can also allow your contributions into the art auction if you like; please see rules in the auction section on our homepage.

For the art contest we will give you three prompts. You can create for one prompt, two prompts or all three prompts and you may also combine the prompts in whatever way you like into one art work. You may interpret teh propmt(s) as widely as you like, please just follow your muse.

Art and Crafts Contest Rules

Artworks must have been created for The Ineffable Con.

Artworks must premier at the con and can not have been shown before.

Artworks may be posted online by the original artist or with their permission AFTER the convention.

Artists can of course post previews, details, wips or teasers of their artwork here - we would be very happy about the mentioning and the, well, teasing.

Though this is an Aziraphale/Crowley focused convention, you are of course welcome to draw any pairing(s), any character(s), any nebulas or hell hounds and any setting within or inspired by the Good Omens universe.

Art brought to the convention must have a completed art control sheet (so we can track the art) - you must enter a line item for every piece you submit. You can download the control sheet as a PDF or Excel file.

All pieces should be titled and preferably matted, framed or laminated so they can stand up on their own.

Artworks that will be sent to us by post must not be larger then 50x50 cm.

Types of art allowed include: crafts, creations, dolls, manips, traditional art, digital art - you create it, we allow it.

Maximum amount of pieces per artist is 3.

You do not need to be a member of the convention to submit artwork for the contest. Artwork submitted by non-members should be brought by someone else on their behalf or sent by post in advance of the convention, arriving with us by October 5th. (please email us for the mailing address).
