ICly, this event takes place in ONE NIGHT, but OOCly, threads can be started during a one week long span starting on DECEMBER 31ST and ending on JANUARY 7TH.

If you want a personal RSVP to this event, feel free to like this post so Octavia can send you an invite through your askbox. However, a personal RSVP is NOT needed to participate in this party.

This event is NOT mutuals only. Even if I'm not mutuals with you, you may attend this event.

This goes out to angel/exterminator muses in particular: DO NOT TRY TO KILL ANYONE AT THIS EVENT. This event is taking place in a universe where exterminations have been called off by God himself (specifically @rradiioangels' God).

It had been a while since Husk had attended a party like this. Fancy decorations, lovely sets of food and drink and a ceiling where stars shine bright. Okay, maybe that one's actually new. But, either way, he was enjoying himself, holding a wine glass filled with the red liquid. "Royals sure do know how to throw a good shindig." He says, taking a sip of his drink. A smirk crosses his face, as his free hand reaches into his pockets.

His other hand pulls out a deck of cards, a full 52 set. "Anyone wants to play a game of blackjack, or any game of cards, lemme know. No bets, just a game for love of it." He calls out to anyone listening.

Andrealphus looked at the invitation and felt a pang of regret. He had been busy with helping Paimon with the Extermination Day fiasco that he had forgotten about his niece's party.

He would have to make it up to her later.

Octavia's 2025 New Years Eve Party

The Celebration Suite, Pride Ring 9:00 PM

The large room has been transformed into the perfect venue for a New Year's Eve party. There are enough tables for everyone to sit at, circular in shape, covered in deep blue tablecloths and set with clear iridescent dinnerware also edged in gold.

The real magic — quite literally — is the ceiling. It's been transformed into a midnight sky, complete with twinkling stars. If one looks hard and long enough, they might just catch sight of a shooting star or two streaking across the faux sky.

Along with the sitting/dining area with the tables, there's several long banquet tables lining one wall, filled with various horderves for the partygoers to enjoy at their leisure. Anyone bringing food to the event (like @lcftcult ) can find a spot to put their dish(es), and Husk ( @travelers-of-the-multiverse ) has graciously provided drinks (both alcoholic and non) at one of the tables.

A stage is situated at the back of the room, raised enough above the rest of the room to let whatever musicians (including @siempreminta's Freya) may be performing there to get their sound out to everyone for them to enjoy.

Security is also set in place, courtesy of Vox ( @rradiio ) and Don ( @wrxthfulguard ). If any trouble breaks out, they will be on hand to handle it post-haste.

As for the hostess herself: she's there to make sure as many people feel welcomed as possible, dressed up in her own star-studded outfit just for the occasion. Everyone that comes into the suite is greeted with a formal little bow and a happy smile.

"Welcome to the party! Please, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the party. Fireworks will be set off precisely at midnight. Until then, feel free to eat, drink, and be merry!"

Alastor took the invitation in hand and keeps it neatly inside his suit jacket. "It will be a pleasure! I don't care much for Sinsmas and such, but I do enjoy New Years. Even if I've lost track of the years over the decades...it's fun to celebrate. I can bring Jambalaya, though not sure how many will be meat eaters."

Val shows up to the party sparkling from head to toe. Of course, he bought a jaw-droppingly stunning dress just for the occasion. On top of that, his lavender skin is shining with a special glitter lotion that makes his body look like a moving gemstone.
