and with Terrin done, all eight of my main story OCs finally have their refs!

I'll post them as a set in a bit, I noticed an error I need to fix on Aaz'n's, and I'll probably make a small edit to Leo's so her lightsaber is on the main part of their ref instead of the naked base

trying to take advantage of double XP as much as I can, so been leveling Role Reversal Terrin ("Celiin" for this AU), and Xaerez over on Satele

it's. SO weird playing Terrin as disciplined and serious and Xaerez more rugged. and ah

It hadn't occurred to me before. but Trooper!Xaerez + the Havoc traitor arc is like. Weird, for him. He defected from the Empire, and now here's his squadmates defecting to the Empire. He's not as aggressive as canon Varrich was about it, but still Not A Happy Camper

I'm actually surprised how much I like Xaerez with a ponytail. tho his Canon version would absolutely hate it (and Does hate it, when he grows it out to go undercover in the Empire for Alliance Intelligence)

Celiin has already taken quite a liking to Vector, and I'm curious if Xaerez and Theron will still hit it off or not when they finally meet

having some trouble getting a look I like for Role Reversal Knight!Azan, but here's some other updated Reversal looks in the meantime! Sith Warrior Leo, Troopers Xaerez & Lina, and Agent Terrin

I'm Loving how Xaerez and Terrin kinda swapped which is the scruffy/dirt-smeared face/rough around the edges and which is the well-groomed/tidy/watches their tongue between them.

may still change Lina's tattoos. I can't decide if I like trooper!Lina having similar ones to Canon Varrich or not, yet. I'll have to see how closely she follows Canon Vee's footsteps so I can tell if she'd do the same things to earn them as he did

Ok time for some 🌟 Role Reversal 🌟 rambling

-my Canon Eight dont necessarily swap roles with each other, but they're all different classes and MOST of them in the opposite faction

-Synnda is an inquisitor (assassin). For him it was a "what if the Hutts got to him before his parents could send him to the Jedi?" He was sold into slavery when he was old enough, and over the years eventually made it to a Sith who discovered his Force-sensitivity and trained him as their personal assassin

-Qizulth: actually reversed from Synnda right down to his history. Instead of being taken to an Imperial mining complex, he and his mother were found by a Jedi, and he learned the art of healing (keeps original name of Ki'zulthevrynn instead of Imperial butchering of his name)

-Jen: when the Hutts got his siblings, they also got his ship this time. He turned to bounty hunting in an attempt to earn credits for a new ship, and ended up remaining in the business. He attempts the Great Hunt, but bails after almost dying to an opposing hunter going after the same bounty

-Varrich: "what if Talza hadn't gone MIA?" Vee would have seen what war did to his brother, and instead of becoming a soldier, he'd turn to smuggling to bring much-needed supplies to Balmorra. Smuggling ends up his career. Also: he stole his ship from a Hutt. A certain Sept is Not gonna be happy when he sees it

-Xaerez: "what if he'd outright defected when he saw the Empire's cruelty?" Instead of sneaking around as deep-cover SIS, he straight up defects to the Republic military, eventually joining and leading Havoc Squad

-Leo: "what if her mother unknowingly sent her with a Sith instead of a Jedi?" She's raised by a rich Imperial couple who doesn't give a damn about her being alien - they just want a powerful child who can someday become a Darth or even make it to the Dark Council. Leo eventually takes the mantle of Wrath, much to their glee

-Terrin: "what if her adoptive father was caught before he could kill her birth parents, so she was raised by Ascendancy members instead of a bounty hunter?" She ends up in Sith Intelligence, earning the title of Cipher Nine (core name Celiin, as she keeps her birth name)

-Azan: "what if her nanny/father figure kidnapped her and brought her to the Republic like he'd originally considered?" She grows up in a Jedi Temple, with her and her former nanny training alongside each other, and very much earns her title of Battlemaster

-Lina: unlike Varrich, seeing what war did to Talza just makes her furious. She joins the rebellion--and later, Republic military. Her Force-sensitivity is an asset, and Xaerez recruits her to Havoc, to her twin's dismay. She likely follows an unfortunately similar path to Canon Varrich, so the Tophriks lose either way...
