Oh weeyyy look--- an OC I did at the spur of the moment but would probably not use for quite a looooong time!

Name: Suzume Ajari Meaning: Suzume- “Sparrow” / Ajari- A tengu from Japan’s Higo Province Alias: Suzu-chan (Tsubaki), Zuzu (Belkia) Age: Physically 19 Height: 167cm Race: Vampire Subclass- Melancholy Hair color: Mahogany Eye color: Red

Likes: Rooftops (High places in general), coffee/mocha flavored sweets, taking candid photos whenever possible, head pats, collecting trinkets, travelling, dogs Dislikes: Being intimidated (usually by taller people), authorities, cramped spaces, vehicles (mostly trains), spicy food, being told to stay back or stay home Personality: Outspoken but knows her place; She likes being able to help children, but is easily intimidated by authorities or older people (like Shamrock, and occasionally Higan) ; She has a bit of a short attention span, but can focus well when the situation calls for it; She’s also confident in her stamina and agility; And she is also easily influenced by the mood around her-- when things are tense, she’s tense, when things are down- she also feels down-- that’s why she knows she’s not the best when comforting or supporting others because she’s can get swept by the mood of the other in a matter of seconds. Story:

She’s long been an acquaintance of Tsubaki since she started working in the sushi shop he frequently goes to. He and Belkia would talk about and they would often ask for her opinion on their trivial disputes, which soon resulted to her getting used to their eccentric tendencies to the point of being comfortable around them.

She works in different jobs to help pay off the rent on the orphanage she was helping to manage and to fund the schooling of two of the boys as well, which also resulted to her knowing Sakuya, who once was her co-worker in a café.

It was around June when things started becoming more taxing for her- the collectors on their rent would not take another delay on her payment; the kids were getting sick because of the season; she couldn’t make it in time for her jobs, which resulted to her co-workers complaining on her, causing her to lose most of them; and at night when she would return home from her only job left, gangs would wait to take her money, and at most, she could escape without being harassed at least. She managed to pay off the rent for another month, but her lack of job proved it to be a difficult task. Nevertheless, she kept things going.

One of the boys in the orphanage just graduated as well, on the same time as his birthday too, and because of that, they planned a party. Having seen Belkia as a “magician” of sorts, she went on to invite him, which included Tsubaki and Sakuya as well (Sham wasn’t allowed to go because he “intimidated” the kids, while Otogiri had other plans- much to Sakuya’s dismay). The short interaction with the children-- them being amazed by the weird stunts Belkia did, no matter how outrageous or dangerous they were (Suzume would glare at him fiercely and he would laugh it off and keep the danger low), Tsubaki laughing at these and the kids would follow after him (Sakuya would snort), and their innocent, ignorant happiness—gave the trio a pleasant day. The children started looking forward to seeing them again as well (although it’s mostly Tsubaki who drops by, while Belkia follows him).

Aaaand that’s where things get even more strained with the rent collectors. In a way, they wanted to take back the building/land but Suzume was persistent with paying the rent, which resulted to them getting fed up with her. Seeing as to how Tsubaki and Belkia (a pair of questionable strangers in their eyes) have been recently showing up there, they decided to bomb the place with an explosive tank- hoping to blame them for it. The plan will be set off when the kids will go to the park with Suzume  bringing Tsubaki and Belkia with them. Unfortunately, what those annoying humans didn’t expect was that the tank went off earlier- catching the children in its explosion and severely wounding Suzume. Tsubaki and Belkia arrived, with her pleading for them to save them, but because they were within the strongest radius of the blast, not even turning them into subclasses would help (ashes to ashes). In the end, they took her in as one of their own.

Character creation notes:

> Suzume is inspired from the Japanese urban legend of “Kokkuri-san”. Kokkuri-san is like the Japanese version of the Oujia board, where you invoke spirits through a medium (board and coin) to answer your questions. There are three spirit characters that appear for it—Ko- “Fox”, Ku- “Dog”, Ri- “Tanuki (Raccoon dog)”. For this one, I presumed Tsubaki to be the fox while Sakuya is the Tanuki (WaTANUKI). Although the “Dog” part is there, it can equally be translated as “Tengu” or “Heavenly Dog”, which is, in popular times, depicted as part bird-of-prey (mostly crows) with human-like features (idk why heavenly dog??? xD). Which then became the basis as to why I made Suzume into a Melancholy subclass with a penchant for high places and a weapon in the form of wings and feathers.

Here’s a fun “challenge”!

Take a japanese urban legend and make a cute monster oc out of it:

Teke Teke, a cute young librarian who works in a school. She gets around via wheelchair and is rather quiet. She is good friends with the school gardener.

Kuchisake Onna, another young woman who works as a school gardener. She is often seen carrying her large hedge scissors with her and is also often seen helping the Teke Teke librarian around. She is quiet but far more talkative than the librarian and they have lunch almost every day.

Hanako-san, a young girl who goes to the school but is often ill and visits the bathroom a lot as she goes back and forth throughout the day from class to the nurses office and back. She also works as an assistant to the school nurse for how often she is there. She is meek but sweet.

Kokkuri-san, a young and beautiful man and the head of the school. The principal. He will come around to substitute any teachers who may need a break from teaching at his school. He has an ominous air to him but is quite the gentleman. He is also a rather traditional type, preferring traditional clothing, music, food, and even traditional etiquette.

Kokkuri-san=mushu(mulan)

Adoro el personaje de mushu y su personalidad encaja bastante bien con la personalidad de Kokkuri-san, ambos son traviesos,astutos,leales,les gusta ser el centro de atención y hacen cualquier cosa con tal de conservar sus puestos, además de ser hasta cierto punto muy cómicos.

Kuromori=shan yu(mulan)

Realmente no podía pensar en otro personaje que no sea shan yu para kuromori, ambos son fríos, cínicos, determinados a eliminar a una persona(shan yu al emperador y kuromori a vivi), son arrogantes, megalomanos, prefieren no mostrar tanto su fuerza matando a sangre fría, confían mucho en su fuerza y son líderes innatos, además de que no tienen miedo de matar a quien los han perjudicado o arrebatado una víctoria.

Gwen=elsa(frozen)

Aunque no me gusta mucho el personaje de elsa debo admitir que me base ligeramente en ella para crear el nuevo concepto de gwen, ambas poseen poderes que les han causado problemas tanto a ellas como a sus seres queridos, fueron aisladas del mundo por sus padres debido a sus poderes,son reservadas y serenas,tienen una apariencia majestuosa, se han distanciado de sus hermanos por culpa de sus poderes(elsa con anna y gwen con lot) y ambas en algún momento lograron encontrar felicidad y paz en una tierra lejana a la suya(elsa en el bosque encantado y gwen en el reino de camelot).

Lux=fa zhou(mulan)

Lux al igual que el padre de mulan busca que su hija no se sienta triste y la cuida de la mejor manera que puede, lux al igual que fa zhou busca apoyar a su hija y evitar que oculte su verdadero ser por creencias estúpidas, además de que harían lo que sea con tal de evitar que su familia pase por desgracias,lux literalmente crió a gwen(leodegrance también la amaba pero apenas si pasaba tiempo con ellos por sus viajes) y la protegió lo mejor que pudo,y fa zhou estaba dispuesto a ir a la guerra para honrar a su familia, sin duda de los mejores padres.

Kokkuri-san = mushu (mulan)

Decidí hacerle un rediseño a kuromori y kokkuri, hacerlos más cercanos a la mitología japonesa

Kuromori

Gran parte de el sigue igual, su arma hace referencia a la agricultura de la antigüedad(que usaban ese tipo de guadañas para cortar plantas en el Japón antiguo) el hace referencia a los onis(demonios japoneses),sigue siendo frío, calculador, sereno y con el carácter de un samurai,por lo que le quise dar una apariencia más parecida a la de los samurai o ronins(samurais sin dueño). Su relación con mystery es neutral, no perdona que los haya abandonado pero acepta su decisión a regañadientes y esta en contra de la idea de shiromori de usar su sangre ya que sabe que lo podría matar, por lo que aún se preocupa por el y lo ve como un padre. Sus poderes son:cryokinesis(control del hielo) ,cytokinesis(control de las plantas), rastreo, fuerza sobrehumana y regeneración.

Kokkuri-san

Quise darle un gran cambio y hacerla más parecida a su contraparte yo-kai, ella es sabia como un zorro pero también embaucadora y bromista por lo que no hay que tomarse sus respuestas muy en serio, podría estar bromeando,protectora y leal como un perro y traviesa como un mapache. Ella es gran amiga de mystery y en general es un ser benevolente(siempre y cuando no la saquen de sus casillas). Ella posee varios poderes;transformacion, cambio de forma, invisibilidad, causar mala suerte,leer el futuro y leer la mente de los demas.
