Hush. My inner 13yo boy wants to speak. My headcanon is that no one in Amphibia has sex (since, y'know, amphibians reproduce externally).
#obviously mammals reproduce the way they do irl but Amphibia citizens don't even have a concept of sex.#they just consider it gross weird reproduction that isn't analogous to anything they as civilized creatures do#this concept becomes a bit more interesting if we think about the girls staying in amphibia for wayyyy longer than in canon#because puberty comes and goes and as they grow up and fall in love... hormones are a Thing#and no one understands why they freak out whenever someone walks in on them during a seemingly normal sleepover#don't cancel me pls i'm completely serious here#since i read that about frog reproduction i couldn't stop thinking about the fact that#sex straight up does not exist in amphibia#hop pop is a virgin y'all
