I will never ever ever be over Jimmy going to Chuck's house to try and make amends in Lantern. He almost lost Kim in a car accident, and it made him realize how fragile life is. Despite everything that occurred, he loved his brother and wanted him in his life. He expressed his regret, took accountability for his role in what happened, and sincerely sought reconciliation.

Only to be told that he shouldn't bother feeling guilty about things because he is incapable of change. Also, Chuck never cared about him anyway. Then a few days later Chuck commits suicide, leaving that as the last interaction they will ever have.

And Jimmy will take Chuck's words to heart and proceed to take no accountability for his immoral actions for years to come, resulting in the deaths of a ton of innocent people.

All of which could maybe have been avoided if in that moment Chuck had chosen love and forgiveness over hatred.
