why does everyone use the wrong pronouns for mayoi?

We all have different hcs about what Mayoi's preferred pronouns are. It's not the only character who gets that treatment in this circle just one of the ones that is talked about the most.

People like to see themselves represented a bit more on a piece of media they like or just like having fun with different interpretations or ideas about a character's gender. Many of us here are genderqueer or trans in some way so we like using characters from a franchise we enjoy to explore more how gender can affect the life of that character, or as a way to explore our own gender in a different way.

It can just be just for fun as well. It's not really hurting anybody, Mayoi and the rest of the enstars cast in their original form are just characters in a game. If you feel personally offended by it well.... I don't know what to tell you other than people like to have fun with gender and pronouns around here so you either get used to people having diverse gender/pronouns hcs for these characters or you're just going to suffer around these parts (or at least the mutual circle I tend to move around).
