it's hilarious to me how much faster it is to cast speak with dead on art compared to having to go all the way to reithwin and kill malus or cheese your way into pickpocketing his lute. like you can just kill him and be done with the whole end the shadow curse questline in 10 minutes. you'll even get a free and easy teleport to reithwin in the process

For reasons.#...this makes it way easier to ask him for the information we need. awesome i get to speedrun Doing Good now to feel better abt myself #it's not in any meaningful sense a 'speedrun tactic' since the last light siege is long as fuck and i dont think you could set up killing #art without pissing off everyone in last light for murder without doing some stupid convoluted shit. but it's funny.
