Nix is a cat but Bucky is a dog

Comparison through two examples. Because the parallels and distinction between Winnix and Clegan still rattle around in my head.

So Nix's a cat. Look at this.

He hid a case of Vat 69 in Dick's footlocker without Dick knowing. He might never even tell Dick about it. And as we see later, Dick even brings it up and questioning why. Alcoholism asides, and that Nix know noone would bother to check Dick's footlocker since Dick isn't a drinker, Nix does it so that he would have a reason to go to Dick. But only when he want to.

Like a cat, Nix seeks out Dick on his own terms.

In contrast.

Bucky got Gale a bike. Because of the mud, yes. But to think about it, he got his best friend a bike so that they can bike around the base together, making sure that they would be hanging out together in every possible way at all time. If he's biking, Gale wouldn't be walking.

He's a dog that always eager to hang out with his bff/crush and be open about it. Something that Nix still prefer to hide (even if everyone knows, it's very obvious Nix).
