I finished this finally! I ignored it for over a month and wasn't sure I'd ever finish it but I was stuck in bed sick this week so I picked it back up and now I'm done! The text snippet is from the second chapter of The Pros and Cons of Breathing which is part of the mishmash of fics I've written for Melody and John, and the only one I've finished that wasn't a one-shot. 😅
