Thoughts. Thoughts thoughts thoughts.
Fae realms - very loose term for now, only temporarily coined for ease of making this post - i was right about some things actually. First thing: Fae making realms lmfao. Second: The idea that I knew what being an environment was like. Third: ANVD is a realm in the way a Fae realm is a realm.
Specifically: Being an environment. Im saying Fae here as a catch all for certain kinds of nature spirits, purposely vague, of which I am one (Void Fae). Being an environment is not like making your body into an environment, its not like harbouring bacteria - though it is like that, and thats an example of the way that being a being isnt a matter of being either individual or environment, you are always both like a forest (environ) is made of trees (beings)... but the fae realm thing is very far down the scale to the point you are the environment itself and its a different manner of being. I had in my head it was sort of... I spoke on it somewhere, didnt i, where basically you support life, your internal functions of soaking in energy/substance to feed yourself is now a process of manufacturing it to feed and sustain others - both the environ and the being do this, both breathe in, rearrange to support an existence, exhale, breathe in, rearrange to support an existence, exhale, etc
Being an environment... yeah. function of being a fae like hosting a child is a function of someone with a uterus. You have a part of yourself that exists to hold, sustain, create, incubate life. Except unlike a uterus, which is in itself inside and still a function of the being, you... invert yourself. Not your body, but you become the web of the spider, the holder of generations.
Now. Other thought? Two thoughts. That, first. Second... The Almadia is indeed bigger than a planet, those... despite all my justifications and the feeling of being a "small Leviathan".... were not tiny stars. lmfao.

The Thieves Den Mementos, the Metaverse
âWhat happened?âÂ
âBased on a thorough examination of our systemsâŚeverything blew up.âÂ
âEverything being-âÂ
âEv. Er. Y. Thing,â Futaba said, shaking a burnt out old computer next to her ear before chucking it out the window in disgust. âEvery wire and board I had hooked up to a magatsuhi battery discharged so fast the copper melted. Thank God, I haven't hooked the vehicles up yetâŚ"Â
"What has God done for us lately that deserves our thanks?" Ren sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Ryuji, how much juice do we have left?"Â
"Well somehow we lost half the fuckin' pool!'" Ryuji growled, carrying bottles of magatsuhi in his arms as he emerged from the pool room. "The weird spinny machine thing that makes magatsuhi out of internet rumors is still working, but that stockpile we were sitting on is looking a little dry."Â
"So not a total wash," Makoto said, biting off the last of her fingernails. "We can eat at least; the rest of the city doesn't look so lucky."Â
Outside the window, Mementos was only barely coming back on. Magatsuhi flowed back into light fixtures here and there but huge swathes of the city were dark, making the twisting spires and shadowy caverns between buildings seem all the more sinister.Â
"Keep the outer lights off; don't let anyone know we still have magatsuhi," Ren said, watching Futaba stick her hand into a monitor and wiggle her fingers around the insides a bit. Makoto and Ann could heal bodies; Futaba had an uncanny knack of making (or breaking) machines with a simple touch. Sure enough, the monitor fizzled on after a moment, bringing up a feed of social media links and news broadcasts from around Tokyo.Â
"You think this is S.E.E.S' doing?" Makoto asked, scanning the screen thoughtfully. "Yoshizawa said they declared war on us; maybe this is an opening salvo?"Â
"If they had some kind of magatsuhi draining weapon, wouldn't they have used it before now?" Yusuke mused. "Seems to be a powerful tool that could have saved their agents' lives."Â
"You're asking why S.E.E.S. isn't doing more to save human lives?" Futaba sniffed, scanning the monitors with a glare. "WaitâŚwhat's that?"Â
Futaba snapped her fingers, enlarging the smaller screen to fill the monitor. A tired newswoman was standing outside what appeared to be a jail, the words "KANESHIRO & SEVEN OTHERS ESCAPED" flashing on the screen as rescue workers carried people on stretchers out of the shattered remnants of the front door.Â
"That'sâŚbad," Ann said, leaning over Ren's shoulder to get a better look. "You're telling me that little bug is scurrying around Tokyo somewhere?"Â
"All the better for us to squash ," Makoto said, glaring at the picture of Kaneshiro on screen. "We might not get a better chance; you know S.E.E.S. is going to be after him. It's the middle of the night ; we might be able to take care of this before even Goro or Yoshizawa know what happened."Â
"Of course, that brings us right back to being thought of as monsters," Haru chimed in.Â
"They're going to think that if they catch Kaneshiro anywayâŚ" Ren growled, tugging at the back of his hair. "Do we have enough juice to jump?"Â
"We're going now ?" Yusuke asked.Â
"Why, are you washing your tail or something?"Â
"Is it wise to leave our base unguarded when half the city wants what little magatsuhi we have?" Yusuke asked.Â
"Not really, but when have we ever made a choice that has zero downsides?" Ren countered. "Yes, leaving the base unguarded is a risk, but so is letting Kaneshiro scurry around where he might be caught and forced to squawk about us. And I'll be more damned than I already am if S.E.E.S. isn't already in pursuit, ready to bring him in."Â
Yusuke's lips twisted, but he said nothing as Ren turned back to Futaba. "Well? Can we make a jump?"Â
"Probably," Futaba said, tapping some buttons and flicking off the overhead lights. "...maybe. Guess there's one way to find out. We might be able to trigger the earring and buy us some time to keep S.E.E.S off our backs too."Â
"I thought you said that was a risk," Ren said.Â
"Well, yeah, but-" Futaba shrugged. "Isn't everything these days? I could maybe get into S.E.E.S.' comms systems; figure out where Kaneshiro's gonna be. Maybe cause some havoc before bailing and cleaning up after myself?"Â
Ren seemed to weigh this. "...how long can you stay connected to their system before you have to escape?"Â
"Fifteen minutes, but by then it'll be too late," Futaba said, her usual confidence slightly shaky, but otherwise intact. "Can't promise they won't kick my gremlins out but-"Â
"Nothing is without risk," Makoto muttered, nodding at Ren. "Time to roll the dice, I guess."Â
"So we drop in, find Kaneshiro, and take him out before S.E.E.S. can mobilize enough to stop us," Ren said, clapping his hands together. "Agreed?"Â
A murmur of assent rippled through the group. "GoodâŚlet's suit up and be ready to go in ten. Bring ammo, gunsâŚanything you think Kaneshiro might not like."Â
Ren snapped his fingers, heart skipping a beat as it always did when he donned Joker's mask and coat. Feeling his hands clench in infernal leather gloves made them feel stronger, if only because his fingers no longer shook. And from behind Joker's mask, the prospect of harming a fellow human wasn't quite so daunting.Â
Ann lingered behind even as Makoto ran off to make her final preparations, disconcertingly waiting until they were alone before speaking. "What happens if we run into Goro?"Â
Ren said as casually as he could. "...hope he makes the right choice, I guess."Â
"Is that why you were talking to him when I came to find you?" Ann asked, sharp feline eyes scouring his face. "You had Futaba's phone upstairsâŚwho else would you be talking to if not-"Â
"Yeah, okay, it was him," Joker said, his voice tight and strained as he avoided her gaze. "JustâŚtrying to give him an out before something bad happens. I figureâŚI figure we owe him that, don't we?"Â
"Sure," Ann said, her warm hand tilting his jaw towards her so she could properly look at him. "As long as you make the right choice as well."Â
Her warm lips pressed against his cheek, a tangible reminder of what Ren already had with the Phantom Thieves. He should have been happy; most people in their position would have died a million times over and if Ren had survived, it would be as something heinous without his lovers keeping him human. Most people would have counted their wins and walked away from the table; most people weren't as greedy as a master thief though. And to Ren, any win less than a jackpot was just leaving money on the table.Â

The Bank Robbery (Sparrow Edition)
A quartet of people, two guys, and two gals, walk down a sidewalk towards a bank. One of the guys holds open the door for his friends as they all enter--
--and the lead guy promptly gets his nose bashed in by the butt of a shotgun!
The girls scream as several armed bank robbers grab them and pull them inside.
"Get on the goddamn ground!" one of the robbers yells.
ăăâ ăłâ :â 彥â Ë âšăăâ ăłâ :â 彥â Ë âš
The bank is under siege. Various bank employees and customers are huddled on the floor of the bank as armed men walk around, patrolling the floor with AK-47s in hand. One particular robber is in the process of losing his shit as he talks with a hostage negotiator on the phone.
"I don't give a shit! You are out of time! I told you what would happen didn't I? Didn't I tell you?"
He gestures angrily and another robber approaches, pulling a frightened bank teller with him.
"Get him over here. C'mere." he grabs hold of the bank teller and holds him close, turning back to the phone. "I want you to listen real careful." He then holds out the phone to the bank teller, "Tell them your name."
"Craig, Craig Davis."
Taking back the phone, the robber continues.
"You go home tonight, your wife, she asks "how was work", and you tell her, Oh, not bad, got a guy named Craig Davis killed."
Protests sound from the phone,
"No, we're done talking now you're gonna listen."
The bank teller trembles in fear as the robber drops the phone and pulls out his pistol--
"Excuse me, sir?"
All three men turn to find a young girl in a school uniform standing there.
"The hell-"
The lead robber starts before suddenly, the girl raises both her hands, and he and the other robber are raised in the air, dropping their guns in surprise.
That's when all hell breaks loose. One robber finds himself jerked off his feet by a young boy in a similar uniform as the girl and thrown straight up, ricocheting off the ceiling.
A horrible scream rings out as the hostages whip their heads around to see a different robber being dragged head-first into a room by a pair of monstrous green tentacles.
One robber slowly walks backward as his eyes flicker around the room, scared out of his mind he hears a noise from behind him and whips around to see a boy and a girl sitting on the counter. In a panic he raises his gun and shoots at the boy, only to scream out as he feels a piercing pain in his own chest before falling to the floor. From her spot next to the boy, the girl seems to spot another robber trying to run off, opening her mouth she shoots a stream of venom towards him landing on his face and causing the man to go stock still.
In the vault, a group of men run around screaming as they are chased and pecked at by crows. A girl stands at the entrance of the vault next to a floating cube chuckling at the chaos.
The entire room seems to have erupted into chaos in only a few seconds but in the corner, squashed into a group of hostages, there sits a small girl watching the scene not in fear, but in fascination.
Just ahead of her stands one of the last robbers, he looks around frantically trying to find a way out of the bank without being killed by the freaky kids in uniforms. Just a second later he turns around and starts to look at the hostages, trying to find one that may give him at least a chance of getting out of the bank alive. The girl knows she's in trouble the moment the man's panic-stricken eyes lock with hers. At 4'11", she knows she's smaller than the average thirteen-year-old. Her nickname from her dad is Minnie because he says she's as quiet as a mouse and small like one too.
Frantically, the man pushes away the other hostages, reaching out and grabbing her arm tightly before pulling her towards him. She goes easily despite her attempts at protest, and soon enough she is standing near the doors with an arm over her neck, a gun pressed to her head, and the kids in uniforms standing around the two of them, ready to pounce at any moment.
A strange sort of calm washes over her at that moment and she closes her eyes breathing in and out steadying her racing heart as she continues to be dragged backward towards the door. Slowly, out of nowhere, the feeling of the man's arms around her disappears and gasps are heard both from behind her and in front of her.
When the girl opens her eyes again, all she can see is the surprised faces of the other children. Confused, she turns around to look at the robber who seems just as surprised if not even more panicked than before. Raising his gun he aims at her and before anyone can move, he pulls the trigger.
It almost seems like slow motion, the movement of the bullet as it speeds toward her, but what's even weirder is the fact that even though she sees the bullet go straight through her heart, she's still standing here just fine.
Falling onto her knees in relief, she stares at the spot where the bullet went through her, her mind running wild trying to figure out why she isn't dead.
Seeming to break out of his reverie, the tallest boy walks up to the cowering man and picks him up without breaking a sweat, the boy then throws him across the room, screams breaking out throughout the bank once again as the man's body ricochets off the wall.
Staring down at her chest with wide eyes, the girl almost doesn't realize when a pair of sneakers appear in her line of sight. Looking up at the person, she recognizes him as the one who summoned tentacles out of his stomach, she looks at him blankly when he extends a hand out towards her.
"You okay?" he asks, his voice not seeming very concerned at all, honestly he seemed kind of excited.
Breathing in, she slowly brings her hand up, letting out a breath of relief as she registers the feeling of his hand under hers. Grabbing onto his hand and letting him pull her up, she looks at him with a shaky smile, "I think so." Smiling back at her he lightly squeezes her hand in his.
"I'm Ben, Ben Hargreeves."
"Y/N L/N, nice to meet you."
The other Sparrows, after letting the hostages go, approach the two and introduce themselves to the new girl. Unbeknownst to everyone there the girl would become much more important to them than they could ever imagine.
In the future Y/N L/N is the Sparrow's closest friend, and their one and only future sister-in-law. For now, though, the children are just excited with the knowledge that they are making a new friend.

Can I ask how you draw the mutant mayhem turtlesâ anatomy? And proportions. ALSO I LOVE YOUR ART IT IS SO GOOD AND JUST AHHH
(Hopefully that wasnât weird)
Waaaa thank you!!! :,D!!!!
Uhhhh yeah sure why not. Just so ya know, not great at giving art tutorials so I have no idea how helpful you'll actually find this, but I'll try my best đ
And this might not need saying, but just so we're on the same page, when I draw the MM turtles I don't exactly stay 100% on model. I generally try to draw them similarly to how they actually look, but I also take some â¨artistic libertiesâ¨, as is the nature of fanart.
Okay let's start with heads, that's probably the one of the MM boys' most distinct feature. For Raph and Leo it's easy to divide their heads up in two main shapes. The lower part of their head sticks out quite a bit compared to the upper part. I dunno how clear it is in these images but compared to Leo, Raph has a bit of a wider head (mostly the cheeks) and the top of it is flatter. Leo's head is a bit more round-ish while Raph's is slightly more angular.
For Mikey and Donnie it's easier to just view their heads as one single shape (The lower part of their heads are still wider than the upper part, but it's not as noticeable as it is with their other brothers) Mikey's head is just straight up an oval. Well, not exactly, like an oval and a rectangle with mixed together. Donne's is less stretched out, like a circle and a rectangle mixed together.
But that's the movie, when it comes my art I have a tendency to dial down the differences between their heads and draw them a bit more overall roundish. (Except for like Donnie, I actually tend to make his face a bit more stretched out and rectangular lol)
I'm still figuring out how exactly I wanna draw these guys TBH, so my art of them isn't super consistent. That being said, there's a lot of squash and stretch going on in the movie's animation when it comes to facial expressions. So even in the movie their head-shapes aren't super consistent either.
Anyway, body proportions!
Aside from maybe height the brother all have pretty similar body-types. Raph I would say looks the most different, being a bit wider. Particularly his carapace is almost bit pear shaped? It gets wider the further down it goes is what I'm trying to say. Leo, Donnie and Mikey have a more consistent rectangular shape. (Another detail I noticed while making this was that it seems that Leo and Donnie have six scutes on their plastron, while Raph and Mikey have 8. It's a bit hard to see tho because their belts are kinda in the way)
With specifically their limbs, Donnie and Mikey are a bit lankier, while Raph and Leo have slightly thicker muscles (tho still rather lanky compared to other iterations of the turtles)
When I draw them they (like with their head shapes) end up more similar to each other than they are with their canon designs. I also draw them with slightly less thin limbs.
Shell! It was hard finding good images of the back of their shells so I dunno exactly how many scutes they have back there, but it seems to be 3 columns at the very least? (Also I think Leo might have a comparatively slightly smaller shell than his brothers?)
The shells also generally take up a bit more than half of their side-profile. Looking more closely at these reference images have made me realize that I draw their shells a bit flat lol.
I don't know how much more help I can give when it comes to their designs. I just end off with some details to remember when drawing them.
Raph is missing a tooth, and Mikey has braces. (Leo had braces in the concept art and I'm stubborn and insist on drawing him with them also because fuck you)
They all have a few scratches here and there, but in typical Raph fashion, he has a LOT of scratches on his plastron. Also his beltbuckle has tape on it.
The space between their eyes is narrower than the size of one of their eyes, except for Mikey. Him having a wider face makes his ...nosebridge(?)... whatever, the space there is approximately the width of one of his eyes. Some facial anatomy for ya'
Another face anatomy thing, the ends of their mouths mostly lines up with the outer edge of their eyes (they're pretty wide)

Thor Freya
I'm selling myself up and what we say is yeah you are these people are attacking you and your forces getting smaller and smaller and they're all going to attack you at the same time and you don't have it
Thor Freya
I have forces that are twice as big as one of their groups it's probably true so what and he says good and will duke it out someday I'm going to have you arrested in a set and we're going to have you to terminated for threatening me just now again you die all the time what's one more time to you he says that's bad going to be getting a fighter and kick your head off and then try and squash it the good luck you f****** homo and he means it because I keep tormenting him or bothering him he says and I'm using you and I got to mutate your a****** body now no I'm going to have you create a mutant and pull you out of it and put you in a human body so you can die really so your brain can go in captivity everyone's going to seek and fight over your brain because it's in a mutate immunity I'm mutant since it stayed mutated according to me it's my program and Hera has hers. So how do you like the plan so far Trump you doing well for us.. well he says added I want to get it back but he keeps getting me and getting me and getting me and it doesn't seem like him you know anybody would react this way but what he has planned is to turn the key when it's not really me and I'm not even going to be there he's going to implicate me and all mine will die and won't be able to rescue me the pyramid and that's his idea
Trump
gosh darn it you're pretty quick how did you get that way I know not studying cheating drinking spitting at people like you're some kind of snake hell kid this is going to hurt you a lot more than it's going to hurt me LOL all that stuff I don't really have time to say this stuff or to do it but really what I'm creating using you is pretty harsh and the max are saying they're having me do it so why don't you go talk them into telling you cuz you're so good in it and talk to taunt them like you're from Taunton right little baby

Hera
..
You know what they're having you do it and you really hardly do much of it and he says I don't have to it takes milliseconds but they're using a lot of power and my people too and I get that so they're probably building like 5,000 bunker complexes to make the devil himself depending on me the good guy and that makes sense and why you're sitting here being a Piggly little dick to everybody they want you to it doesn't change the fact that I have to stop you by getting rid of you cuz you demand it is this raging Bull really I'm going to change the title and be rated movie company to raging homo

Never enough |Chuuya comfort x Reader
Angst and fluff time
Never enough |Chuuya comfort x Suicidal depressed Reader|
Warnings- mentions of Self-harm, heavy depression, suicide, lack of love for one's self. -I honestly wrote this as a self-comfort cause I needed something, so it really is triggering-
Word count- 1,700 words (roughly)
Life is a storm, full of calm eyes and rough winds that threaten to knock you over. Within life, there are ups and down; rough and soft moments in the storm. Tears are like rain, drizzling and pouring. There are light cries and heavy cries just like the sky. Happiness, fear, sadness, anger; emotions are weather. There are sunny days; happiness, thunderstorms; fear, rainy days; sadness, hurricanes; anger.
The clouds wept today. Wrapping around the moonlight, it hid the light. Water made heavy clinking noises against metal. The rush of cars swooshed against water as they sped by, the sound of a silent street followed. There were no voices, no couples, no people within eyesight or earshot. Today was a rainy day; a sad day. Tears fell in pattern with the falling water. Crimson dissipated within the water. Flowing down the roof the water washed it away. Clothing stuck, hair fell, eyes continued to look down.
You felt alone, afraid, disgusted, and angry with yourself and others. Your legs dangled off the edge of the roof. Listening to the music of sadness; a rainy night, you hummed. There was nobody else there with you, besides your thoughts you were alone. Though it was no surprise, it happened all the time.
People leave, people move one, people are not permanent. There is death in life; life in death. You pondered the meaning of such similes often. Running arms over your soaked clothes you choked on sobs. Letting out silent cries you shed the pain. Out of alcohol and still sober enough to feel you tossed the empty bottle to the roof entrance. It shattered to hundreds of pieces, adding sound to your cries. This isn't normal; to feel like this. You hated the things youâve done, the job you could not back out from. You hated the way you looked. It didnât matter what people said to you about being perfect the way you are. The small voices of people who put you down stood out. The ones that edge this crippling insecurity stuck out the most. They say the smallest flame can do more damage than the largest flame. It makes sense though, a large flame grows from the smallest flame. The large flames that start that size often take a while to do the same damage a building flame has done. Words worked like that; the smaller words that came from those close built into raging flames.
You shouted curses under your breath, looking to your lined arms, you choked back another sob. Why, why did you do these things? They were temporary freedoms from this pain but it never lasted; like drinking. Everybody needs a way to tell these feelings to fuck off, but at points, it doesn't work. Those thoughts cross the mind. The permanent solution to what they call a temporary problem. It isnât always temporary, sure it goes at times to reveal the sun, but then it returns three-fold. It never leaves forever, they say it gets better, but sometimes it's hard to see that light at the end. Sometimes it's so far away it seems impossible to reach unless somebody else can help.
Everybody says itâs alright to be like this. Yet, they never help, they never offer up their hand to pull you out of the quicksand. They never attempt to push you forward in the tunnel. They stand, and they watch you break, until itâs suddenly benefiting for them to step in. Then, they dare to ask why youâre like this. Itâs not a choice, itâs not something that can be so easily controlled. Itâs a monster with its talons tearing into you.
So maybe, thatâs why you did it. Thatâs why you inched closer and closer. Maybe thatâs why you looked up and shut your eyes. Tapping fingers against the rooftop's edge. Humming tunes to try and steer your thought from doing the last resort. Just before the wrong decision could be made, you were grabbed and pulled back.
You felt so far from the world, nothing was clicking or connecting the dots. A harsh sting to your cheek brought your mind swirling back to the present. Noticing you were paying attention, the dark silhouette of a short male shouted words. âWhat were you thinking!â he hissed holding your shoulders with a firm grip.
âI⌠I don't know?â you mumbled feeling the tears swell in your eyes again.
âYou donât know? What the hell, I know we're all a little messed up but you can'tâŚâ it fell on him, his voice cutting out as he fell to his knees. His hands slid around you. Firmly holding you, he yanked your soaked body to his. His umbrella only hid your bodies from the wind with his ability. âHow long, tell me how long.â his voice was breaking but still stern.
âI donât know? Weeks, months, maybe years?â you don't move, afraid and cold, you could not meet his eyes. âWhy do you care? Youâll just end up the same as everybody else. Iâm worthless right? I mean, everybody leaves me alone. I don't fit beauty standards to perfection. Nobody would want me so, why not? Why not take the shortcut to happiness?â you were slapped again. It was light, but it stung enough to snap you from those thoughts again.
âYa well think about somebody else! I donât need two suicidal idiots! Having one to worry about is enough! Not that I worry about that mongrel! I do about you though, youâre my drinking partner. Youâre the one who managed to get me to open up to being touched! I donât hug or act... soft with anybody else! You donât get to take that away! I donât care what you look like, sound like, fuck, I donât care about anything but whatâs in there. In that fuckin heart! I am not a softy, you know I donât say shit like this often but⌠you canât do that! If you're miserable enough to really be willing to toss it all away, then you should talk to somebody!â his voice was panicked. Yes, he was being selfish. He knew that this wasnât your fault, it wasnât a feeling you could so easily overcome. Yet, here he was hoping that you would let him help you.
âI'm sorry! Iâm so sorry! I just⌠I thought⌠wouldnât it be better for everybody though? Sure you'd be sad at first but you'd forget about me!â Chuuya shook his head. Meeting your eyes with his clouded ocean ones. Tears fell, almost unnoticeable within the pouring rain.
âNo, no I wouldn't! I wouldn't because I love you! I fell in love, I don't know how or when it⌠it just happened! Isnât this enough? One person, am I not enough? If I had known Iâd have held you to me, given you all the cuddles you ever needed!â he buried his face into the crook of your neck. He didnât care if you felt the same or not at this point. He just needed to let you know somebody cared for you.
âChuuyaâŚâ a light in the tunnel, it formed inside the tunnel.
It is, as they say, eventually you will meet that light. You will find meaning in your life. Something good will happen, then, all the people who put you here will be nothing but bad memories, and lingering ghosts of the past; You can move on. A light will come to you eventually, no matter how dark it seems, that light will show itself. In a friend, a relative, a job offer, an achievement. Those beads of light spread and eventually, they will pull you out enough to know true happiness.
When Chuuya looked worriedly to you, he was taken aback by your arms tossing around him. Your tears being muffled by his own lips. He kissed back before pulling away. Even if you still felt low you were slightly feeling better. Just knowing there was somebody to hold you like this was enough to curve the thoughts for a while.
He took his jacket and wrapped it around you, lifting you into his arms. He carried you to his penthouse, setting you down on the couch located in his bedroom. He looked around, finding one of his larger hoodies he tossed to you. He started hot chocolate as he waited for you to change. Youâd probably be sick tomorrow, given it had been cold and you were drenched.
He carried the mug back to the couch, placing it down, he frowned. Walking to a closet, he pulled a small towel out. Rubbing it against your skull as you sniffled, he sighed. âDo you need anything else?â shaking your head, you grabbed his arm.
âJust⌠some cuddles?â he nodded holding you close, trying to warm your frigid body up. âDid you mean it? You'd really care if IâŚâ
âYeah, I did, is there a problem? I know it may not mean much. I know how depression works, at least a little bit. Itâs not something that can be easily controlled. I just want you to know that you are perfect to me. If somebody ever tells you otherwise, I'll crush them to a pulp.â cracking a small smile, Chuuya's eyes lit up. âThere we go, a small smile is a win. So you like me being all protective? Good, Iâm a little territorial.â
Looking at him you nodded. âYeah⌠okay.â you still sounded so sad.
âI'm serious! Iâd squash even Mori if he insulted you in any way! Youâre the most perfect thing I've ever seen and known! You're beautiful outside and inside, people are just jealous of how perfect you are.â he was trying to lift your spirits and it seemed to work a little.
âCan we just stay like this?â Chuuya nodded, letting you lean your head on his shoulder. He didnât move even as you fell asleep.

Diggory Hodgkins ran up to his older brother, Samuel, after school had ended, he was rather excited because Samuel seemed to have been working on a new thing they'd be doing come after school on a Friday.
"Hullo Samuel!" He cried "We ought to do that thing we spoke of doing on this fine day?"
And a fine day indeed it was, not a single cloud in the sky, though the skies never seemed to appear that clear blue hue as depicted in illustrations or paintings, still, it was better than totally grey, atleast the sun was quite visible. Diggory would often get excited whenever the weather was anything other than dreary, though pathetic it may sound to some people, he enjoyed what little sunshine the heavens gave them.
"Hmh!" Samuel hummed with a nod.
"Yes!" Diggory exclaimed with a sense of victory, the two brothers started walking out of the school's campus, with Samuel in the lead "So what is it, might I ask? Excuse me! I know you like keeping secrets until the right moment but could you atleast spare a morsel of detail about it? My mind has been racking at what it could possibly be! But of course, one could never figure out what may be going on in that head of yours, oh goodness no."
"You'll see." Samuel stopped to pick up a wooden plank and some rope that he hid in a bush.
"Oh! Are those what you'll be using for the project?" Diggory guessed rather quickly.
"Yes." Samuel confirmed.
"Oh goody!" Diggory clapped "Perhaps I could guess what it is?"
"No." Sam answered harshly "How was school?" he asked and continued walking.
Diggory seemed a little deflated but understood that he shouldn't pry for answers to something he'll see quite soon, he adjusted his school satchel in a huff "Well." he started before following behind his brother "Quite the same actually, you know how it is. Teachers rambling academic nonsense for hours on end, peers picking on eachother, bland everything else. Seriously, I'm sorry but school is just so boring, yeah? How could anyone manage to sit down and listen and expect us to pay attention when there's nothing that even could be interesting!" He started to complain "What could possibly be so enticing about figuring out the third angle of a triangle? What would possibly motivate me to be invested in figuring out such a trivial conundrum to me personally? The teacher certainly never provides a solid motivation, it all becomes forgettable hogwash that has nothing to do with what I want out of life. Though I may possibly be rude, I'm sure you found that sort of thing fascinating given it may pertain to engineering in some way, right?" He paused for an answer from Samuel but then continued anyway "I guess you always were the academically inclined one, I'm over here 'daydreaming my school days off 'and 'being distracted' and whatever else people might say. It's interesting, really, how unlike eachother we are despite sharing the same blood, so to say." Diggory crossed his arms and started kicking a small pebble as a temporary companion on their journey "Some might even use the word funny. All I know is that we're stuck together until something or other separates us, and I believe that's what brothers ought to do. Shame we have a four year difference between us, wouldn't it be cool if we were twins instead?" He looks up at him eagerly, but then looks down again "Ah, you probably find it ridiculous that such a thing would be important. The prospect is rather poetic in my mind but I don't suppose you would endorse it, sorry. We do appear to live in two separate bubbles that might converge into a venn diagram with little in common... Excuse me, we must've had this conversation before, I must sound like a verbal equivalent of a merry-go-round... Have we had this conversation before?" Diggory paused a little for an answer "Samuel, I am genuinely asking this time."
"Ah. Yes, I think so." Samuel said thoughtfully, sometimes it was hard to tell when Diggory was actually looking for an answer or just pausing before continuing his rants, so it was often that he needed to clarify so Samuel can answer. Samuel stopped at a tree in front of a cliff side view and laid down his wooden plank and rope.
"Oh, all right, I suppose that sounds correct... Goodness these aren't actually conversations, really, I should stop calling them that." Diggory saw that Sam had stopped and looked at the sea "By my tail, that looks gorgeous! Does the ocean always sparkle like that?" He said in awe.
"Only in shining daylight, I believe." Samuel replied, inspecting the branches of the tree.
"Well, that's simply another reason to hate the drowsy weather. I can not wait until we get to travel across the ocean and get to live in country where there's more sun and less imbecilic grey clouds overhead, oh, the dream." Diggory continued staring at the sparkly waters before the pebble he was kicking before had landed on his head, thanks to the aim of his brother no less.
"Think you can climb?" Samuel asked, pointing a thumb at a nice-looking tall branch of his tree.
"Oh yeah! Hold on just a moment!" Diggory dropped his satchel and took off his shoes in a hurry. He ran up and started climbing the tree "It's a real shame you can't do this sort of thing, brother."
Samuel leaned against the tree and made a disinterested hum of confirmation, he didn't actually care much for it. He lifted his ears up as he waited, ready for another rambling.
Diggory continued climbing "Like in all seriousness, climbing trees is rather fun. You get to the tippy top on a tree and you get to see the world from a whole new perspective! Everything is alot smaller and perhaps at the right view you could pretend everyone is a tiny little creature that you can squash between your index and your thumb," he reached the last branch of the tree- the one he needed to get to, of course "Like this!" Diggory closes one eye and pretends to squish his brother's head between his fingers "But I suppose someone of your size already gets that sense, big blue."
"Yep. Which is part of what drives everyone away, I suppose." Samuel looks up at his brother and throws the rope up to him.
Diggory catches the rope in his paws "Well it's not just that, atleast from what I hear of you from others." He looks down at the rope "What am I to do with this, exactly?"
"Tie it to the branch." Samuel says as he takes out a knife from his own school satchel.
"Hm." Diggory ties a knot and started pondering what this latest contraption could possibly be again. "Is this another one of your 'practical joke' inventions for your enemies?" Samuel always liked building pranks for anyone he happened to dislike, it used to be a big habit years ago but later the amount of them dwindled as he matured, but even at his current age it's still not out of the realm of possibility.
"Nnnnnope." Samuel said, he put up the wood plank against it at a certain height and chopped off the rope with his knife accordingly, then threw the cut off rope up at his brother again "Tie that one about..." He uses the plank as a reference and placed his hand at a certain spot "Here."
"Well if it isn't a practical joke then what else could it possibly be?" Diggory adjusted the position of his rope to his brother's hand placement and tied a knot on the branch.
"Be patient, will you?" Samuel cut off the excess rope, he put the knife back in his satchel and took out a hand drill to use it on the ends of the plank.
"You know carrying those sorts of things on you is part of the reason why everyone thinks you're weird, right?" Diggory said.
"Mphm." Samuel replied as he's finished drilling the holes of the plank "By the by, you can come down now." he put one of the ropes through one of the holes and tied a knot under it, he did the same for the other one. After he was done he put his hands on his hips rather proudly.
Diggory climbed down enthusiastically to see what his brother had just created "A... Swing?" his enthusiasm seemed to turn into a rather puzzled expression toward his brother "Sam, I love you dearly, but I have to admit you have created far more impressive things than this. Unless this isn't all of it?"
"Eh. That's just about it." Samuel answered with a shrug.
"Really? But- why?" Diggory was absolutely bewildered by this.
"It's for you. You like looking at the sea, thought you'd like something a little more convenient." Samuel was still relatively proud of this small achievement.
"Ah, for me?" Diggory lightened up a little and went to sit on the newly built swing "Hm! I guess it is rather convenient for me!" He started swinging on it lightly "Such a nice view today, too. Suppose I should thank you, then!"
"No need." Samuel sat on the grass next to him and took off his own shoes "Rather exhausting. School. Possibly other things aswell. Nice to take a step back and make something like this with you." He slouches over and rested on his knee to view the ocean.
"Heh. Yeah..."
The two brothers sat with eachother until the sun came down, it was rather peaceful that day, the greyish blue skies just seemed to look like regular blue.
