I like the idea of my Mary Jane being a mix of a few versions. A little book smart (though maybe not MIT material like the MCU version), but she still aspires to be an actress and does modeling for fashion magazines to make some money. And also was able to figure out Peter’s secret, but didn’t say anything for awhile.

While MJ’s... not so pleasant relationship with her Dad was never as severe as Otto’s had been in the comics, I’m honestly surprised that connection has never been made in ANY of them. Same with Eddie. (And before you ask, she’s living with her own aunt, and they both live next to Peter and Aunt May.)
