No but can I yap about this for a minute

Firstly both Neal and Peter are in their same clothes, and like given the lighting we can assume it's the next day so they both stayed at the hospital over night waiting to hear news about Mozzie, and then both directly went to work on the case.

Now, I don't believe that Neal would go home and get sleep after this, but he does go home and change and get freshened up so that he could start on the mission to contact all the forgers he knew in NYC and make sure they knew the plan to catch Larssen, so then we get

Pretty boy blue outfit that he's seen falling asleep in in the hospital.

Now I don't fucking know what's going on with this hospital, the architecture feels really weird because the window opens into like more interior, so it's impossible to say what time it is, but we can maybe say Neal canvassed all morning, went back to Mozzie in the afternoon, and then caught a couple of hours, but I doubt it was very restful sleep and more just pure exhaustion.

BUT THEN

ATTACKED

and goes to Peter's

SO JUST. LISTEN. HERE'S (roughly) NEAL'S PAST 36 HOURS

1- He gets dressed and ready to go murder Fowler (and we won't even get in to how well he probably slept that night)

2- He did all the stunts, literally busted through a glass window (whatever injuries that would've caused) and cornered Fowler only to be talked down at the last moment

3- Goes to the FBI to talk to Fowler, the man he almost murdered, then gets sent home alone, you know after almost murdering a man

4- Has an absolute break down that only by the skin of his teeth isn't caught by anyone

5- Is just like chilling, relatively, when Peter and Diana BURST IN WITH GUNS DRAWN to inform him that both he and his best friend are under a hit

6- HIS BEST FRIEND IS ACTUALLY HIT. NEARLY MURDERED. RIGHT AFTER NEAL ALMOST MURDERD.

7- Stays the night in the hospital with Mozzie, Peter, the man who stopped him from doing the almost murdering staying with him too

8- Goes AGAIN back to the FBI to start a plan on how to catch his Mozzie's almost murderer, goes home and changes out of the clothes he almost murdered in

9- Runs all the fuck around NYC. eVerywhere. I'm sure he was going fucking miles that day to hit everyone.

10- Finally gets to go back to Mozzie, passes out for an undetermined amount of time, and Mozzie finally wakes up

11- man just tries to go home and is stalked by Mozzie's almost murderer and they fucking fight in the alleyway, and like we can't even get into all the emotional toll of that conversation that went down with an arm around Neal's throat

12- goes all the way to Peter's house to tell him about the attack from Mozzie's almost murderer in person.

There's just NO way he's not about to drop dead on his feet the moment the adrenaline wears off

Thinking about how exhausted Neal must have been here after everything than happened in "Point Break" and then Mozzie getting shot 🥺
