I'm really glad Max switched gears after Cutie Pie and started bulking up instead of slimming down. He just looks... unhealthy-skinny in some shots. Like his head is too big for the body he's trying to pull off.

He seems more comfortably portioned by the time Two Worlds came around.

BUT, to be fair, maybe it's what they're going for- Yi is absolutely tortured by what happened to Diao as a child, and also for killing his beloved pet (in the show Lele is sent away, in the novel he shoots her when she pounces on Diao (and realizes a split second after pulling the trigger she wasn't attacking, she was just curious)).

He doesn't sleep, he only eats a little, and way too much of his diet consists of alcohol to numb it all. So like, the thinness and strain might have been a conscious choice.

I was out of the country so I just caught up on cutiepie the series. This episode was really good. I was bothered by the wife / husband subtitles, but they changed them to married couple instead. Good job!

I love how Lian asked Foei to remove the cctv camera when he realized that he could see some stuff that could really invade Kuea privacy.

Kuea my dear it is not a coincidence that the house has everything that you liked, Lian is wipped as F for you.

The car scene at the end was really cute 😍 Foei was all of us with his funny expressions.

Anyway I look forward to see more of this couple. They are on a good track they just have to meet halfway.

I love all the shots when we can see their rings. I want a flashback about them getting ring or Lian giving the ring to Kuea 😭😭😭

Nuer or whatever his name is, is becoming annoying. What the hell was he saving Kuea from? read the room, my dude, it's just a group of friends having fun.

I still think that he is approaching Kuea for money, but who knows ...anyway, there is no way that he is really interested in Kuea romantically.

I am also more and more intrigued by KonDiao -Yi story. Was a dog involved in the memories loss accident? I hope that Yi will start to spend more quality time with Diao instead of this weird I am keeping and eye on you dynamic.

Ps: all the songs are banggers in this show I hope that they release Nunew version of Change and the new song on spotify.

now that im done with the show im even more convinced that a cherry magic AU would be PERFECT for jayfoei

like jay believing that he has to play the flirty kinda bad boy part to get somewhere in life because that's what people have always expected from him, and at one point some higher ups bring him (and foei) along to have dinner with some big shot but they immediately make clear to jay that he needs to please her in any way because they need to close a deal or something, and foei overhears this and when the president actually unashamedly proposes to jay to go somewhere private in front of everyone and jay is about to go through with it, foei like.. either spills something on her and makes her so angry she leaves, or pretends to be very sick so that jay has to bring him to the hospital

either way once they're alone foei tells jay that he doesn't have to make himself go through those things when he obviously doesn't want to, and anyway jay is already good enough and pretty much the only person foei sees as a rival for the position of sales manager, and jay pretty much falls in love right then and there

AND THEN foei turns 30 and he gets the magic and suddenly his life becomes so much more complicated because he can hear everyone's thoughts just by touching them, so suddenly he: 1) no longer can manage to look kuea in the eyes because every time he touches lian he sees all the things lian wants to do to kuea, 2) learns that secretary kim also has the same magic and that she is in love with lian's secretary, 3) gets involved into trying to help yi and diao fix their relationship, 4) finds out jay likes him when foei actually thought jay hated him?????

chaos and romance ensue
