Magic: the Gathering - Amonkhet Art Mystery

This very intriguing art for the Amonkhet card ‘New Pwerspectives’, illustrated by Darek Zabrock.  The flavour text here has our ‘Spidey Sense’ tingling -

"Understanding is a matter of perspective"

So, I’ve rotated the image a few times, studied the four small humanoid figures and just cannot figure this out - I’m certain this will play an important role in the Amonkhet storyline - maybe by Episode 7, only WotC knows.

Perhaps this is simply showing us the Wastes of Amonkhet, as Chris Rahn’s basic Mountain art provides.  Perhaps the Gatewatch discover that this ruin proves the hints at Hour of Devastation that resets the civilization, with Nicol Bolas benefiting.
