#oh for ...#just noticed a cluster of what looks like pimples on the underside of my arm by my elbow#but like they are not zits that skin is smooth and pale and these white bumps are almost hard#like they don't feel the way a pimple or infected hair follicle does - and my srm there is basically hairless#the way they're clustered it really looks like some kind of bite?#but i've been googling and can't find any description that matches#small hard bumps but not itchy or really even swollen mostly just white with pus#randomly in the middle of a smooth pale swath of skin it's so weird#so now i am paranoid because i *was* feeling peaky and had to yawn and sneeze a dozen times just in the last few hours#but because of the other fuckery going on healthwise i have no idea if i can count that - i *am* tired after all#and having weird pains and twinges has been my whole last 2 weeks#plus reading bite symptoms online makes everything sound plausible#nausea? well kinda. headache? yeah. low blood pressure? idk but maybe that's the sudden extremely unusual yawning???#but also it could be me taking my frankly giant magnesium pill which can get kinda stuck and mg does weird things to the digestion so#then it saud in one place it could be a food aklergy and then i couldn't find any other mention lol#it's not hives - these are single discrete perfectly round bumps almost in a row#but *also* i tend to be SUPER slow to react to insect venom to the point i almost never notice being bitten#one time i had a big raised welt on my ankle and felt kinda shitty and dudn't connect the dots until#i changed the sheets at the place i was staying and the remains of a house centipede fell out#it had pretty clearly been a few days before i noticed and i definitely didn't feel a bite#this happens with bruises too#they heal fine and in good time it's just i might not get the 'itchy' part of a bite for more than 24 hours#but i've still never seen any kind of bites that just looks like zits before#closest they list is fire ant bites which#i feel like even i would notice and also i haven't been outside?#my arm was clear on friday and i know this bc she was twisting and turning it looking for a good vein for the iv#i thought maybe a delayed reaction to the iv since it's the same arm? but that'd be a weird reaction and it was fine last time#the magnesium i think helped the pin and needles i wish they'd tested for it so i could know if that's what did it#because they said the infusion will take 2 months to start showing any result so it shouldn't be that#i just keep thinking they said some spider bites you can get muscle cramping etc
