Also I saw ya mention starsigns and sis I am ALL about that noise. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in but this is not to argue or anything just a perspective! (And sorry in advance, this is going to be long, please feel no need to read it but it is cathartic to write!) I think in terms of Sasuke and Nruto I pretty much totally agree with their starsigns (obviously birthcharts are unknown but on the whole their sun signs make sense). 

I guess the most well know trait for Libra is that they are friendly and well liked by everyone, which is pretty obviously a Naruto thing especially after the first few seasons as despite being a pariah at the beginning, he sways just about everyone to his side. But Libra is a cardinal air sign, this generally means they are leaders and full of ideas! They are very original and are the kind of people to get everyone excited and hyped. I think this is pretty obvious in Naru as he is always the most excited and getting people to join in on his ideas. As an air sign, being social and charismatic is all part of the charm (and Libra’s can be VERY charming) and they are great at keeping the peace, we see this in Naru and he is always the one talking the badies down and even standing up for some of them against his own people. Despite this, Libras can be superficial, they can be indecisive and unreliable. I see this in Naru when he is late to training/class/graduation, he tends to be focused on (sakura’s) good looks and vain in the sense of wanting to be the best to the point of neglecting personal development (seen in the early seasons).  Although many of these characteristics can seem similar to a Leo, they differ in a number of aspects. (I, a Leo, will try to be unbiased lol). Leos are fixed fire signs ruled by the Sun (easy to see how we think we are the centre of the universe), as a fire type, it is easy to say Sasuke fits category well but there are more reasons than this why I think so. Keys characteristics of Leos are their loyalty, self-confidence and kindness. Although it could be argued Sasuke is not loyal, I would say he is and that his loyalty to his family both came first and was stronger than his loyalty to the village. Secondly, despite having lived in the shadow of his brother, it is always clear Sasuke is confident in his own abilities as seen when he is unbothered by Naruto as a rival in the early seasons and top of the class. With regards to kindness, Sasuke was a happy and kind child but this kindness was hidden as he grew up. He never tried to hurt anyone unless they got in his way, he genuinely cared for his friends but was driven by the need to avenge his family, another sign of his loyalty to them. And probably one of the most telling points was when he shared his lunch with Naruto, even though he passed this off as beneficial to the team, I believe he said this in order to protect his pride (Leos are VERY prideful). Leos can  also be arrogant (do I really need to provide evidence lol), they are inflexible and once committed will not be swayed (his mission for vengeance) despite difficulty or personal suffering. Leos are lazy, although ambition and enthusiastic, Leos often take the easy way out especially if there is no strong motivation. Leos are very domineering, they want to lead (seen when he makes a bid for hokage), they tend to overpower others (basically everyone but Naruto), and can have difficulty listening to others (basically anytime someone makes a suggestion he doesn’t like lmao). Leo is very compatible with Gemini, Libra, Sagittarius and Aries (<3, Aries is bae). They do not tend to get on well with: Virgo, Pisces OR SCORPIO(!!!). 

Brief interlude: Scorpios and Leos don’t tend to work out because Scorpio (as known as the honorary fire sign) are similar and opposite in all the wrong ways. Both have strong willpower and resolve, are inflexible and intense. Scorpios tend to be more controlled in their emotions but also more silently controlling of others compared to Leo’s loudly dominating nature. Leo’s want someone who will bow to them in the moment of truth but Scorpio bows for no one. 

I’ll do Gemini and then stop I promise! Geminis are a mutable air signs. This means they are flexible, adaptable and changeable. The reason I can only half-heartedly defend Itachi as a Gemini is that I think his resolve is unchangeable and he is capable of being alone and isolated. Apart from this he does follow a number of other gemini traits such as being gentle (kill people as swiftly as possible, tries to avoid bloodshed and fighting), highly intelligent (hokage-level at early age), able to learn and adapt quickly(picked up fireball technique and others with ease). (and I know this is below the belt but fun fact most well known serial killers are Gemini/Pisces/Virgo). Geminis are most known for being multi-faceted, yes, a nice way of saying two-faced. They are open minded and thoughtful and are often known as artists, poets and writers. The story of gemini is that of two brothers divided by all circumstance(different temperament  to Sasuke, different abilities, raised as first son). They are often innocent in nature (Itachi during the first war age 4/5 helping an enemy shinobi). They love to spend time with family, particularly younger as they are child-like in nature. Their intelligence leads them to seek understanding in all things (itachis depression and seeking for meaning in his life at young age). They require freedom (need to be away from the village and family pressures) and are usually quite talkative and eloquent (tbh he leads most of the conversation with Sasuke and talks a fair bit with Naruto). 

So yeah I guess I’ll wrap up haha. I’m not really a fan of the other characters placements I guess for the main ones I’d say:

Naruto: Libra/Taurus/Leo (friendly, food, fiery)

Sasuke: Leo/Scorpio/Aries/Sagg (somethin’ with PASIÓN)

Itachi: Leo, Virgo, Cancer (somethin’ clever but also capable of bein a sad boi)

Orochimaru: Scorpio, no way he ain’t lmao

Sakura: Cancer, come on, how is she not

Kakashi: Gemini, Aries (he a smart boi but he go off too)

Madara: Scorpio, you don’t get fucked up enough to destroy the world without being a scorpio imo lmao

I’m leaving your opinion here because I already replied to an ask on N*ruto character’s starsigns, so it’s pointless to say I disagree with their official ones, so with yours as well. I can tell you know a lot about it and I’m not the most knowledgeable person on horoscopes so it’s just my personal opinion. Anyway what I can add is that Itachi as a gemini to me seems more like a choice made because Gemini is a double sign graphically, and that kishi chose it like this, not considering how the actual sign is, even though your explanation makes sense I’m not entirely convinced lol, he seems a person under Saturn signs somehow. S*kura as a sensitive cancer is totally not my thing, she isn’t empathic or sensitive, she strikes me more like an Aries or Virgo, some stubborn and imposing one. NO offense to Aries or Virgo ppl ofc, I mean her as a bad example of them.

first off BIG mood at that sangyeon comment; secondly i’m gonna cry breaking this top three to you (under cut i will explain stuff abt u & yeon). Anywhos top three for you is Eric (cap sun, scorpio moon, aqua venus), Sunwoo (aries sun, cancer moon, aries venus), and tbh im caught btwn Sangyeon (scorp sun, leo moon, libra venus) & Jaehyun (virgo sun, capricorn moon, scorpio venus)  so there ya go 

I have to say,,, my fave for you has to be sunwoo but thats also bc im a hoe for aries-taurus relationships like they’re generally so vibrant and fun and (bc your moon signs are the same) they’re generally understanding. However headstrong both signs are, there’d be a lot of v positive n healthy banter here which would most likely lead to uncovering problems n nipping them in the bud. There’s also a super great balance that can be found here tbh like aries are all about doing things w/o thinking kinda but taurus can pull them back to think more n vice versa. Aries would be the one to bring the whole excitement n fun while Taurus brings security n romance. overall i think this is smth that would make you v drawn to each other because you see in each other what you don’t have n it’s really special imo?? Anyways moving onto the moon signs,,, I love same sign compatibility because it allows for sm inherent understanding n just positivity. because you’re both tender n sweet and sensitive, you’d be so in tune with the other person. the only problem that might arise here is that two cancers can get moody and withdraw at times but that’s just something that communication would solve because neither cancer partner would want, at all, to ever make their partner feel like they don’t care or they don’t love them or smth. LASTLY ya venus pairing is amongst one of my FAVOURITES because its so spicy n exciting and it’d really electrify the whole relationship! Like the quirkiness of the gemini would defs excite aries venus n aries venus will 100% bring a playfulness that won’t scare gemini into being too attached too quickly. This is a base for a really strong and playful friendship / relationship; the only downfall is that gemini venus can be a bit flighty sometimes which might hurt aries venus feelings 

NOW you and SANGYEON the whole mango of everyones dreams; you two would acc not be that bad for each other like in most ways, you’d get on better in terms of your sun sign, than you would w sunwoo. Scorpio - taurus is an “opposites attract” pairing but it’s filled with so much passion and it roots go so deep. Because both signs are in love with the idea of love and security n crave affection, they’d instantly get along. in fact, taurus’s willingness to give those (because taurus are generally unafraid of that sort of affection) will 100% make scorpio trust n love u more. However, the problem here occurs between your moon signs. you being a water moon and him being a fire moon leads to major problems because he might feel like you’re snuffing him out at times? Leos are fun and excitable and blow literally everything out of proportion but are also very guarded n will keep their hurt emotions at bay. cancer moons are v different because theyre sensitive, shy, more withdrawn n less showy than a leo would be. This would bother the cancer and would maybe hurt the leo that they’re not getting the recognition / affirmation they wanted from their partner. however, a good thing is that leo wants dominance in the relationship and cancer moons will most likely not fight for that. they’re supportive and loving and this will make leo happy that they don’t have to feel totally squashed n will sometimes be doted on;  you’d also be v loyal and protective n warm with each other, though you’d just show it in diff ways. This is really the only thing that made me say Sunwoo over Sangyeon because leo - cancer compatibility is relatively rocky and not in the same way a taurus - aries relationship would be. howmstever, your double air sign venuses would compliment each other well and you’d probably have a very easy time feeling loved n comfortable with him because your views on love are probably v similar

okay. first of all. arcann terrorised way more. but nbd.

secondly. are we like. including worlds from the republic and empire in this? or the cartel controlled worlds? there are very few neutral worlds in the gffa - even shitholes like darvannis are cartel controlled. places like tatt are the exception because, as i’ve noted elsewhere, it’s basically unconquerable - try, and the desert will eat you. and even then, its inhabited-by-humans areas are largely exchange or cartel-controlled.

so like. tell me. how are the republic taking it that worlds are seceding from them to join an illegal insurgency in wild space? how are the empire taking it? how are the hutts taking it? how is anyone willing to do trade with the Alliance, given as they are stealing control of these worlds out from under legitimate recognised governments? where does the Alliance get all these supplies it’s supposedly sending out - are they returning the goods stolen by zakuul? and if so, why are they only returning them on pain of joining the Alliance but still having the nerve to act like they’re the fucking good guys?

what kind of aid? why does zakuul need aid more than the rest of the galaxy? like. i know this question is in here to force that DS response but. zakuul wanted for nothing, except for when the plot holes demanded it. it was a post-scarcity society. largely because it was stealing from everyone else, but still.

we really start in media res with this, which is something i’m find with theoretically but for the most part seems to be so that bioware could skip over the bits where they have to fudge a reason for the commander to give a shit about iokath and get straight to jerking it to superweapons

i know that... you know, but i still really hate this line. theron not have the Force himself, but he was raised by a Jedi, and has spent enough time around Jedi to know how the Force works. it’s awkward and it’s forced (if you’ll excuse the term) and it doesn’t fit and i hates.

i also really hate this ULTIMATE POWAH bullshit. i don’t know if drew had a hand in this but it’s the exact same bullshit you see in the JK story. everything is MORE POWEAHFUL than the last thing and GOES UP TO ELEVEN and KILLS MOAR THINGS and that’s.... after a while it stops being scary and horrifying and just becomes cheap and disrespectful and nasty. i’ve written before about how nihilus wasn’t terrifying (simply) because he was a world killer and how with vitiate bioware completely missed the entire fucking point and it applies here too. ‘ITS MOAR POWAHFUL THAN TEH LAST MACGUFFIN’ is a shitty writing trope i expect from amateurs and joss whedon. if you cannot think of something in the whole of the star wars universe more interesting and terrifying than the last boss + n then honestly i despair for your creativity. (though it’d explain why your original novels tanked, eh drew?)

i don’t even know where to start with this. the empire claiming it would be objectively bad, yes, but they are at the very least a legitimate state. i just. this entire angle does nothing but convince me of the semi-headcanon that Lana views the Alliance as her own personal fiefdom, with the Commander as her puppet figureheard. moreover, the EA’s only claim to being the dominant power is that they have the fleet, which they stole from the people of Zakuul (despite the fact that Master Kyo let Zakuul rule itself? but i guess she giveth with one hand and have the plot taketh away with the other)

i am absolutely sure, yeah. let’s not forget that it’s the sith who pushed for and developed and ultimately used the superweapons in the JK story, and a sith who is pushing me to claim and use a superweapon right now this minute

anyway, none of the ships in orbit work, for plot reasons, and for some reason the Alliance never bothered to keep that close eye i was promised on Iokath (outlander!Eirn finished up Iokath last night for the first time - she spared Scorpio, btw - and she was informed by her advisors that they’d be keeping a close watch on it and know the minute it could be safely explored again. apparently, however, the ALliance also has a collective IQ of ‘eggs’, because not only did they not do this, but they failed entirely to send either a decent ground force or indeed anyone at all except a sacrificial droid along with Lana)
