Crepidotus applanatus, Pluteus and slime molds. Although I'm not entirely sure the last one isn't actually snail eggs. I just have a pretty good feeling it's myxogastric. You know what they say - when in doubt, just eat it! (AN: no one actually says that. Please do not eat slime mold that may or may not be snail eggs)

Wonderful news! North Jersey is still trapped in some kind of November-ish hell in late April, something to do with cold maritime air masses and God being angry with us, but I did find a few more sad small fungal offerings, like these Peziza sp. cups

But also I want to talk about Enteridium lycoperdon (third row, right). It’s actually not a fungus but a myxogastric slime mold, and it is so gross. I encountered it for the first time last year and made the fatal mistake of assuming it was a solid growth and poking it with my finger. Spoiler alert: it is Not Solid. It’s basically like a giant tree pimple full of a ~glutinous~ spore mixture with the consistency of runny custard. This year I was older and wiser, and therefore poked it with a stick instead of my finger
