Striker's Family

Here's my version of Striker's family, a canon-divergent one.

And yes, they're all dead.

Each character I created has their own art piece made by

GardenGoyle on Twitter.

The commission took her a long time (understandably so, since I asked her to draw five different characters), but she was extremely professional and talented, and overall did a wonderful job.

Anvil, Striker's father:

Anvil was a stoic and reserved man.

Half imp and half reptile demon, he used to be a blacksmith, and he embodied hard work, dedication, and an unyielding spirit.

Anvil was a demon of few words, letting his actions speak for him. He showed his love and care not through words, but through his protective nature and small, thoughtful gestures. His strong sense of duty and responsibility made him a dependable figure, someone who was always there when needed, even if he didn't say much. Despite his tough exterior, Anvil had a good heart, and his iron will was matched by the depth of his quiet love for his family.

June, Striker's mother:

June was a lively and spirited Wrathian imp, full of energy and wit.

She was smart, sassy, and always brought a sense of cheerfulness to those around her. Before marrying and becoming a full-time housewife, she worked at a diner, but her passion for life extended beyond work; she loved dancing and singing, often filling her home with music. She taught Striker how to play guitar, passing on her love for music. June was also very protective of her family and was quick to defend them, especially when anyone criticized them. Unlike her husband, she was more expressive, both in her joy and in her anger, showing her fierce love openly.

Cole, the Mentor:

Cole was a laid-back imp, often appearing drowsy and slow, but beneath that exterior, he was an extremely skilled gunslinger with quick reflexes and incredible aim.

He possessed sharp wits and a unique sense of humor, especially fond of puns. Cole lived by his own code of honor, valuing justice above all else. When he took Striker under his wing as a child, he became both a mentor and a father figure, teaching him everything about cowboy life, gunslinging, and survival.

Cole had a strong sense of justice, particularly against the rich and powerful, whom he despised for their mistreatment of lower demons. His rebellion against oppression, along with his unmatched skills, deeply shaped Striker's worldview and abilities, making Cole an essential influence in his life.

Ember, Striker's wife:

Ember was a rowdy, passionate, and tomboyish imp woman who loved having fun and was always ready for action.

Before settling down on a small farm with Striker and having a child, she worked as a bounty hunter, thriving in the thrill of the chase. She was also an expert mechanic, proudly owning a motorcycle and a dune buggy, preferring them over horses, much to Striker's amusement. Ember's vibrant energy and adventurous spirit made her a perfect match for Striker, and she remained his great love, bringing excitement and joy into their lives together.

She's the reason why Striker has a gold capped fang: they were chasing the same criminal, and she punched Striker in the face so she could get the bounty first.

Jackson, Striker's son:

Jackson was an intelligent and curious child, far ahead of his age in terms of knowledge.

He had a deep love for reading, especially sci-fi and fantasy, and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian when he grew up. Despite his bright mind, he was very shy, often preferring the comfort of his books and the company of his pet horned lizard, Felix.

Jackson adored both his parents and shared a close bond with them. He also had a passion for collecting minerals, spending hours examining and categorizing his finds. His gentle nature and love for animals reflected the kindness and curiosity that defined him.

DEATHCARDS!!! WOOO!! that leshy quote isn’t entirely set in stone yet, btw. i made these for a king boss fight i’m working on so realistically he’d be the one narrating? but eh. it’s fun to write in leshy’s voice. anyways, hopefully this won’t be too long?? i’ve got way less design notes this time around, but there’s also 6 cards here and i’m not very succinct. sorry in advance!!

siffrin

2 power - 2 health - 5 bones

loose tail - when a card bearing this sigil would be struck, a tail is created in its place and a card bearing this sigil moves to the right. a tail is defined as: 0 power, 2 health.

steel trap - when a card bearing this sigil perishes, the creature opposing it perishes as well. a pelt is created in your hand.

GOD it was hard to come up with sigils for this one. since these are boss exclusive cards, i had a pretty limited pool to work with… hopefully this is still fitting

loose tail is the closest i could get to a sigil that avoids death, since sigils like unkillable and many lives were off the table. plus, there’s kinda a connection with him not valuing his own life?? and sacrificing a part of himself? i think it works

steel trap!! this sigil is exclusive to the trapper boss fight! since summoned cards (like chimes and tails) inherit sigils, their tail card will also kill whatever’s in front of it when it’s destroyed! sort of a ��taking you down with me” situation.

mirabelle

2 power - 5 health - 3 blood

swapper - after a card bearing this sigil is dealt damage, swap its power and health.

swapper!! this is an act 3 sigil exclusive to swapbot! ahhhhhhhh i had such a hard time trying to figure out another card design for her. i REALLY liked the bellist sigil for her and didn’t really have any other ideas. swapper felt like it fit with the change belief to me! and it also makes her a pretty terrifying card to go up against. since this is a boss card, that cost is basically entirely for show lol

ALT CARD ART!!! YIPEE!! literally all i did was flip her eyes to look angry lol. swapbot’s sprite changes when it swaps so i think hers would too!

isabeau

2 power - 4 health - 2 blood

dam builder - when a card bearing this sigil is played, a dam is created on each empty adjacent space. a dam is defined as: 0 power, 2 health.

fledgling - a card bearing this sigil will grow into a more powerful form after 1 turn on the board.

dam builder feels like a very defensive sigil to me, and it synergizes well with fledgling!! after a turn, isabeau will be doing 5 damage across 3 lanes! good god.

odile

1 power - 2 health - 2 blood

trifurcated strike - a card bearing this sigil will strike each opposing space to the left and right of the spaces across from it as well as the space in front of it.

sharp quills - once a card bearing this sigil is struck, the striker is then dealt a single damage point.

this was the HARDEST card to think up, and probably the weakest out of the bunch imo. i think i really nailed her regular card and i just. couldn’t come up with anything. agonies

i picked trifurcated strike as a reference to her being able to use all three craft types, and sharp quills… i think because of her aversion to touch? i think. it’s been a while since i made these aaaaa

bonnie

1 power - 1 health - 1 blood

waterborne - a card bearing this sigil submerges itself during its opponent's turn. while submerged, opposing creatures attack its owner directly.

leader - creatures adjacent to a card bearing this sigil gain 1 power.

if yall remember the notes on my kid card, this is based on the beta version of that card!! which means that for once i’m not putting bonnie through the torments. hooray!

waterborne is there because they always stay out of danger during battles! plus they’re from a coastal town so it fits on that front as well. i didn’t really think about the actual sigil names for cards this time around but hey! it’s a nice bonus!

the beta card had trinket bearer, but that’s a sigil that would only benefit the player in battle, so i swapped it out with leader! since they can’t be directly attacked, this basically makes them a permanent alpha on the king’s side of the field. also, leader, snack leader, it fits namewise as well!

loop

2 power - 1 health - 4 bones

haunter - when a creature bearing this sigil dies, it haunts the space it died in. creatures played in this space gain its old sigils.

bifurcated strike - A card bearing this sigil will strike each opposing space to the left and right of the space across from it.

“i’m normal about inscryption” i say as i give one of my cards a sigil that only appears in the completely missable rulebook of grimmora’s segment of the finale.

so. haunter! the aforementioned grimmora sigil! this appears on no cards ingame, but cmon. it fits. this sigil reminded me of how loop reacts when you guess that they’re a ghost! in battle, i imagine that siffrin will always get played right behind loop. because twohats

bifurcated strike was added here for the same reason it’s on their normal card! it feels like scissors craft!! i needed them to actually have A Sigil to transfer to siffrin and this felt the most fitting to me.

also, just like the normal cards, siffrin and loop are both the only ones to have a bone cost instead of blood cost! teehee :333

and i think that’s it! i’m not making inhabited versions of these cards because they aren’t meant to be accessible outside of the king fight! also! hi! i drafted this post and wrote siffrin’s segment: almost a month ago! oops!! i kept putting this off… at least it’s actually written out now lol. hope you guys enjoy!!!

starting with how joao got you pregnant!

it was definitely after he scored for barca against atletico madrid

the celebrations went hard ok

after the game he went home to you and kissed you like you were the only person on this world

and this was translated into the bedroom

then a couple weeks after that day you started to feel unwell

and after a handful of times where joao was holding your hair in a makeshift ponytail as you spilled your guts into the toilet, you two took the responsible route and bought a pregnancy test

you took the test when joao wasn’t home and was on an away game so you were extremely nervous

sitting for 2 minutes in an empty apartment without hearing joao’s loud tiktoks on his phone made your stomach twist

you had facetimed him while you waited for the results and his barca teammates peered over his shoulder and watched you wait in the bathroom, pacing up and down

“name the child fermin!” “shut up!”

when the test came back positive you genuinely screamed

you turned the camera around and showed joao the positive test, you couldn’t see much but from the loud cheers and the sound of the phone being dropped, you assumed him and his teammates were over the moon excited

if you listened careful, you could hear them all chanting joao’s name and his joyful laughter in the background

and now let's fast-forward to when he’s home from the away game

he didn’t even drop his bags before he ran towards you

you jumped into his arms and wrapped your legs around his waist as he kissed all over your face

“i love you, i love you, i love you”

he brushed the hair out of your face and stroked his hand over your cheeks, blushing and a wide smile

joao had never felt this happy in his entire life

before the two of you even prepped the house you realised the pair of you would be moving to london for joao’s football career

barca were devastated to lose the mini felix on the way but they compensated for it with tiny barcelona kits with ‘felix’ on the back and teddies covered in the clubs jersey

joao couldn’t stop pacing when the two of you went for a scan, he was nervous understandably

but all his nerves washed away when he saw the little version of you two growing in your stomach

he would lie to his friends and say he didn’t cry but he sobbed out loud the first time he saw his little baby, even in a black and white, fetus form

and when he found out you were carrying his little baby boy…

oh boy, the waterworks got worse

he hugged your little bump and kissed it every night, whispering sweet nothings to you and promising his little boy that he would give him the absolute world

“i know you’ll love your mama, but listen i was here first” “joao, are you kidding me?”

every time he felt his baby kick inside your stomach, he swore he felt his heart get bigger

how lucky could he be to grow a perfect family with you

when the kicks got more frequent he was convinced his baby would be the next starboy at any club ever

“baby, he’s gonna be a striker!” 

“did you feel that? that’s a proper defensive block, babe!”

“that’s an enzo fernandez move, i need to call him! need to get my boy training with him!”

anyways 

the first time he scored after you were pregnant, he dedicated his goal to you

he took the ball and stuffed it underneath his jersey, put his thumb in his mouth and pointed to where you were sitting in the crowd

hear me out but the fan edits went wild for this one

when the pair of you moved to london, you were in your third trimester and begging your baby boy to get out of you

you couldn’t attend any of his games because you were far too pregnant, he missed you but pampered you when he got home

“i’m so sorry baby, i’ll tell the boys i can’t be there next game. gotta look after future-mama” he sighed before kissing you sweetly on the lips

mini felix was born 2 days after he told you this and joao had never stared at a more beautiful sight

you cradling your perfect baby boy after a long labour, eyes soft and sweat stuck to your forehead

when you handed your baby to joao, he felt like the entire world slowed down

mini felix was a spitting image of the two of you, he had his dad’s beautiful nose and his mama’s eyes

“i love his so much, i’m gonna take such good care of you” he whispered, kissing his baby boys head

when you had fallen asleep in the hospital room, joao had taken his shirt off and placed his baby against his bare chest, a smile never washing away from his face as he ran a gentle finger up and down his child’s back

fast-forward to a couple months later and your baby boy was babbling nonsense and laughing innocently as his dad running up and down the training pitch

you put your child into a puffy blue coat and matching trainers, and tiny grey joggers covering his gentle skin

you had taken him to visit joao on an open training day, his thick brunette hair just like his fathers moving with the wind

the chelsea players had waved and gently high-fived your baby as they walked past, enzo fernandez and pedro neto even booping his little nose as he greeted the familiar faces with a toothless smile

joao kept getting in trouble with the gaffer as his concentration was elsewhere towards his beautiful family a few feet away

the gaffer let him leave training early under the condition that he was introduced to the sweet little family that kept drawing soft eyes from all the players he was working with

you took your child to every single chelsea game you could, sitting in the hospitality suite with all the other wags as your child clapped his hands when the announcer called out his fathers name

every time joao scored he would point over to the pair of you, making heart hands and drawing out the initial of your baby boy’s name and winking at the cameras

you couldn’t be more in love with him

dad joao felix who would play aeroplane with his boy, swinging his back and forth as his sweet giggles got louder

the first thing joao bought for your baby would definitely be a chelsea kit, his name and number plasted on it, and matched football boots

“you’re gonna be in the chelsea team in no time”

joao would show off his kid everywhere he went, if a fan spotted him in the streets and he was holding his child, he would talk their ears off about how lucky he is about his little family (all the fan wanted was a photo)

his camera roll would practically become a shrine for his child, and his lockscreen would be you holding his little baby

and at the rate joao keeps scoring in the conference league games, mini felix number two wasn’t too far away…

I have heard some ideas about how as the i.m.p family develops they will eventually give up assassination work and become bodyguards or something and while this does look good on paper in terms of what it would really mean for the story I Don't personally think that it would fit.

Point one. The i.m.p team love killing humans and up until recently it could be argued that some of their targets didn't deserve to die. Blitz said it himself back in murder family no one is perfectly innocent and so far they killed a family of cannibals, corrupt agents, a greedy old miser, a Mexican con artist, a fish monster and likely many other such scumbags so over all I'd say they are really a net gain for humanity over all.

Point 2. Even when they did kill relatively innocent people they still got away with it. You could aurge that blitz getting harrased by emberlynn was "karma" for killing an innocent but while I love emberlynn as much as everybody else does anyone really think she didn't stalk or harass anyone in life? And then there's the scores of people in spring broken and the bystanders in unhappy campers so it's not like the narrative is punishing them for killing humans.

Point number three. The biggest and most important point in my opinion. Bodyguard work would put them at the beck and call of the demons that created the systems that they were trying to break free of. Look while Bodyguard work might sound like a more positive version of i.m.ps current occupation it would ultimately go against what they set out to do in the first place. I.m.p and Viviennes work as a whole is all about shaking up people's conceptions of hell and demons as a whole and one of the biggest if not thee biggest things she's done is something that has never been seen in pop culture before. Imps that work for themselves. Can anyone here actually say that they have seen imps in any other form of media that aren't at the beck and call of some form of greater demon? As far as I have seen i.m.p is the only example of imps that work for themselves and on their own terms. Blitz byckso has single handedly (ok maybe not by himself but the idea was his) done something that hasn't been seen or done in any version of hell! Gathered a group of what is considered by demonic nobles and mortals alike, to be the lowlyest forms of demons there is imps and hounds and not only lift them out of their own personal hells but create something that challenges the very idea of what it means to be an imp!! And no striker doesn't count he's Stella's and Andy's stooge remember? Blitz sums it up nicely as "I only wanted to get out of the shitty place you all forced my into!!!" And he did and not only that but unlike his father who got his postion by exploiting those around him. He got his postion as the helluva boss himself by lifting others up and making them stronger even if he never realized it. The point I'm trying to make being is that i.m.p was founded on the dream that imps could work for themselves and doing Bodyguard work betrays that Vison because it would send them right back to serving the same people that created the system they were trying to overcome.

After another re-watch and the head to pay attention to the small details, perhaps I have reconstructed a possible

Timeline of Helluva Boss

It would be better to define them as hypotheses. First of all, here is an outline of the episodes and their release dates.

I also included the one whose title we know, just for the sake of general overview. The theory for the moment covers 2 seasons out of 4 announced.

Here the synthetic timeline. From the estimate version I have removed the year here, we'll get to the reason.

Here I also report some of my thoughts:

Already from the first episodes there's a strong focus on clocks and time, it is much more striking in Oops, where Asmodeus' clock marks the whole day.

I'm not sure about the year, but also from the analyzes carried out later, 2021 could be the year of the narrative arc that goes from Murder Family to Ozzie's for sure.

(*) The Verosika's tour t-shirt was official and linked to the episode, at the moment I'm undecided on its validity at the year level, althought the date could be very possible.

However, my research started with Seeing Stars because it's the first episode to feature an almost specific date: the 20th of a 30-day month.

In my opinion it could be April chronologically and it's agreed with the information in the subsequent episodes.

The only problem is that the full moon would't coincide with what was marked by Blitz.

Noteworthy:

Blitz's calendar suggests that the full moon in that month is the 14th.

Stolas wrote in the Western Energy chat that Blitz was supposed to come that evening and that therefore the full moon was the 20th.

We are certainly either in 2021 or beyond given Moxxie's coin in Seeing Stars.

From the chat we can understand that:

About a month passes between the trio Ozzie's - Queen Bee - The Circus (1 moon)

About 3 months pass between Seeing Stars and Western Energy (3 moons)

Western Energy is placed a week before Oops and among these there's Unhappy Campers

From Millie's flyer we know that her and Moxxie's mission ends on Friday July 17th. We know from Blitz that this lasted a week, so it started on Monday 13th July.

According to what Striker says to Crisom, Western Energy should be set around July 11th and Oops around July 18th.

We should be in 2022 though, but in that case July 17th was a Sunday.

In Mammon's magnificent concert Blitz says on the call with Ozzie that it's a weekend.

There are two options:

It could be set on the week parallel (July 21-22th or 28-29th) to the events of Western-Unhappy-Oops.

It could be set on the following month (August).

Here we come to the gap:

(*) The Mammon's official t-shirt is clearly linked to the episode, but the date (2023) and month (October) cause the information to conflict.

So, at this point we have this options:

The official t-shirts are tied exclusively to the release date of the episode.

They are official only at the date level.

They're official and we're actually 2 years removed from Murder Family.

I think it is more canonical to consider a connection with the month of July shown in the episode and maintain the hypothesis.

Seeing Stars -> April

Wester Energy to Oops -> July

Full Moon → September or October 29th

In Apology Tour we have confirmation from multiple characters (and from the visit to Earth) that it is October 31th.

From the argument between Blitz and Stolas, it seems that it was 1 or 2 days after Full Moon. This creates some contradictions with the canonical month of the previous episode.

There are three options:

Full Moon Calendar has an "error"

It's been longer than it seems

Earth and Hell don't have the same chronological flow

I don't know which option to prefer.

From Ghost fu**ers the only information obtained is at the beginning of the episode:

Millie claims to Loona at the beginning of the episode that Blitz's crisis has been going on for over a month.

The client says that her murder occurred the day before, a Wednesday. So the current date is a Thursday.

We should be in November, if we consider that before this episode the 3 Shorts are placed probably at the end of the month.

I was hoping Mastermind would give us some more details, but it seems either we're happy with the episode or we find different lines. Incredible, an episode with so many media, chats, newspapers, live broadcasts, posts and articles and not even a shred of date. We only have the usual clock that marks everything between the afternoon and the evening.

We have to wait for Sinsmas (obviously set in December) and hope that something more will be mentioned.

As for the analysis with the theories on the trailer shown to us at the LVL UP on April 29th, for now I'll leave the post as it is. I don't think it makes sense to correct the opinions (only Sinsmas is missing), at most I'll modify it in terms of the relationship between Blitz and Stolas.

When I watch the film Anastasia，I thought of this one.

This au is about Stella,the runaway princess of the goetia family,who was sent to her husband stolas' when she was very young,trying to find her brother and family in her childhood memories.

Striker is a bounty hunter who pursues wealth and fame. When he was down and out, he decided to find the princess and bring her back to her husband.

He lied to her,claimed that he would help her find her brother Andrealphus.But he's actually taking her back to stolas.

They gradually developed feelings when they got along.Striker gradually regretted taking her back, but he was afraid to tell Stella about his feelings because they are worlds apart.

When striker led Stella to stolas and Paimon, Stella realized everything. She found that striker kindly took her to find her brother only for money.

She is sad but still loves him, because he has given her brief freedom and happiness.

When striker found out that Stella's aristocratic life was actually not happy,he decided to take her away.

If you had to write Helluva Boss, what would you change?

Get ready for a long ass rant. I’m actually planning on doing a full rewrite of Helluva and Hazbin with redesigns as well. But the major things I would change for Helluva are:

Blitzos and Stolas’ relationship: How they met will be the same as “The Circus” but they actually form a bond. Like, Blitzo is bored from being forced hanging out with Stolas by Paimon but after Stolas shows him his interest for pirates, he immediately becomes interested and they talk and play pirates like little kids do and Stolas falls for him even more. Then after they met again in the timeskip, instead of Stolas getting sexual and Blitzo SA’ing him, Stolas tries talking with Blitzo and telling him how much he missed him and even confesses his love for Blitzo but notices that he is trying to steal the Grimore and decides to make a deal with him that Blitzo could have the Grimore but meets Stolas once a month on the full moon to give the book back and just hang out. They do eventually fuck after a while but they actually both consent. While Stolas actually loves Blitzo, Blitzo wasn’t interested at first but as they continue their relationship, he actually starts slowly gains feelings for Stolas, but due to trust issues and his dark past, he tries to hide it.

Striker: He is going to remain mostly the same, but there are some changes I want to add. First off, he doesn’t make fun of Moxxie for not having much physical advantage like he did in the introduction episode, in fact, he actually gets along with him and relates to him. And second, his plan for stopping the Goetia family and bring equal rights to all creatures of hell will remain, but he won’t be presented as the bad guy, more of a gray area at first, then he realizes that Stolas isn’t like the rest of the Goetias and regrets trying to kill him before.

Millie: As shown in the show, shes just violent and loves Moxxie to death. While that’s great and all, there needs to be more outside of her relationship with her husband. In my version, she very overprotective of those she loves, violent, loves her husband to death, has family issues, sibling rivalry, especially with Sallie May, secretly has self confidence issues, sometimes speaks unclearly due to her verbal problems, on the autistic spectrum, has severe anger issues, and hates being alone. Also, the reason why she hated Chaz so much was because he has secretly cheated on her multiple times and all Millie wanted was someone to truly love her.

Blitzos relationship with Moxxie: It’s mostly the same, but Blitzo doesn’t call Moxxie the r-slur, isn’t ableist towards him, doesn’t SA him, doesn’t threaten to rape him, and actually treats Moxxie better after the events of “Truth Seekers” and even forms a good, healthy bond with him.

Sallie May: I think she’s cool and all but I wished that she had more character since she was merchandised so much. In my rewrite, she’s actually going to be shown as an actual character. She’s going to be shown as confident, high mighty, has a sibling rivalry with Millie but she cares for her and even killed for Millie before.

Stella and Octavia: For Stella, she won’t be shown as a complete antagonist. Stella was arranged to marry Stolas since they were children but she wasn’t a complete monster, though she had anger issues. Stella actually cares for him and Stolas and Stella actually had a pretty good, healthy relationship before he cheated on her. She was heartbroken after that and the reason why she hired Striker to kill Stolas was because the family manipulated her too. For Octavia, everything’s the same, except that in my rewrite, she doesn’t completely forgive Stolas but she doesn’t hate him and Stolas actually improves as a father and he and Octavia slowly start to have a good father daughter relationship again. I know that was a lot. I like to rant so if you want me to share my ideas for my Hazbin rewrite, expect more of my rants.

I am so so sorry. I truly thought I had uploaded this piece but it was a draft. Then found the finished version was corrupted so had to work off my last saved draft. Haven't a Pokémon fic properly before for Goh and Chloe. So consider this my first published fic!! (Turns out I had really rough drafts for a Sword and Shield based story. So guess what I'm working onnnnn!!😍😍)

This was requested by the awesome @grammarrrrrr, who was kind enough to do a fic for me, "Healing Curses and Trauma." and was kind enough to let me try one (1) for him!!

What Goes Around Comes Around.

The day had started off so well. Chloe and the boys had reunited after the Champions Battle and Mew Expedition respectively with their dreams and goals near enough fulfilled. Ash becoming a Champion after his victory over Leon and Goh finally encountering Mew once more, even getting to "hold it on the palm of his hand!"

To celebrate the occasion, the trio and their Pokémon decided that a camp out was the best way to do so. But it was so Chloe could get Goh to admit to Ash that it may be time to go their separate ways now. Goh has learned all he could with Ash, forever grateful for being able to grow into the researcher he always wanted to be and meeting Mew.

But the young girl could see that he couldn't shake off that feeling of potential betrayal to his friends if he ever did so. After an eventful travel to their campsite, enjoying the berries the Poliwag had given them in thanks for saving it from an angry swarm of Spearows, they began reminiscing about their time together as Research Fellows.

Throughout the trip, Chloe had quietly urged Goh to admit to Ash that now was the time to honestly tell the New Champion about his feelings about separating for his own journey, loosening ties to allow himself to be less dependant on his friends. But just when she thought he could do it, he chickens out. It was then she could have kicked herself when Ash casually announced that he was beginning his new journey with just Pikachu.

She saw how Goh couldn't hold it back anymore, tearily asking when Ash had planned to tell him this or if the year they spent together meant anything to Ash. She couldn't blame Ash, the boy was used to saying "See ya when we see ya" to his former travelling companions, having great pleasure in meeting them herself. But she couldn't help the pang of sadness in seeing her life long friend be upset at this new revelation.

Goh couldn't hold back anymore, declaring that since Ash didn't care about it, then their friendship was over and to never talk to him again as he ran off into the woods, his Striker Pokémon, equally as shocked as she was, followed suit.

"Goh wait!!" Ash called out after him, shock has yet to set in for him at what just happened. "What was that all about?"

It was then that Chloe gave the sternest of looks she could muster to the newly appointed World Pokémon Champion. He didn't realise what his words did to harm their friend.

At the same time, she knew Goh was quite secretive about his past and how he had a hard time admitting that making friends was never easy for him.

It took them this trip to the campsite alone to talk about the Abra that would randomly teleport into his family apartment years ago, after witnessing one (1) getting berries from a tree.

With a deep breath, she finally says,

"You were his very first friend, Ash. I don't think you understand how much that meant to him."

Ash, despite being airheaded, really did seem genuinely confused. She supposes that, as someone who always had travel companions and hardships since literally starting his journey, he can easily forget that that it was a difficult task for Goh and even herself to even start their journeys. But all the same, Ash's big heart for people and Pokémon alike has proven that at the end of the day, they all are just people wanting to reach their dreams. Ash took that hard step in sticking with his Pikachu, and the rewards for it has been substantial. And many links were connected thanks to Ash introducing them all at some point or another. So she decided to do something she wouldn't have dreamt on doing before.

"Ash, I understand how things may have been difficult for you when your journey began, but I want you to understand why this is also the case for Goh. If not, even more difficult. It's not my story to tell from his point of view. But if you care for him, then please listen to what I have seen myself."

Ash and Pikachu shared a concerned look between each other before facing her again, now with a determination shining in their eyes.

"Ok. I don't know what Goh had been through, but I want to be able to help him. I can't help him if I don't know how he came to this conclusion. So please, help me understand."

"Pika!"

With that, Chloe took a deep breath and began to tell her side of the story.

*FLASHBACK.*

If Chloe had a dime for every time Goh say "The future is at the palm of my hands!", she is certain that she would have a mansion for herself long before now.

Though that was also something she admire about him as well. But that was also when she seen how much of an outcast he had become. Or maybe it was because they couldn't find a way to understand him, he didn't exactly choose to be one.

A child of a Professor, she understands how people can criticise something they don't understand, even when they are presented with the known and most basic of facts. Her father did many a battle in his field to get to where he is at now.

Goh, despite his young age, already understood plenty. Enough to easily cut off the, thankfully patient, Professor Oak. But why did the other children have to be so cruel when he got praised?

*CURRENT DAY.*

Ash and Chloe were still scavenging around the woods, both they and their Pokémon calling out for their dear friend and hoping to see some sign of him or Cinderace.

"I didn't know it meant so much to him to have me as his friend." Ash says as he looks around the trees. "Those bullies, you said Joshua had a Squirtle back then. I fought him before?"

Chloe grimaces at remembering finding Goh in such a state seeing him again. While he can handle confrontations better now, Chloe understands why there as some people he would much rather avoid.

"He was arrogant, I had my fair share of rivals but he was just a bully. Even after I beat him, he just wouldn't lighten up."

"He still has an ego. And I'm glad that you brought him down a peg or two (2)."

"What did he do to Goh?"

*FLASHBACK.*

"Why don't you just fight back against them, Goh?" Chloe asked as she pulled up the boy from the dirt.

"You're kidding right?" Goh began to protest as he fails to discreetly wipe the tears from his eyes. "I can't fight back someone who is bigger than me! I'm just lucky their Pokémon are in the Daycare Section."

Chloe just sighed. Unfortunately she had come across another harassment against Goh as it was wrapping up. Even her own friends had urged her to try and stay away less she too got caught in between the opposing sides.

Well, she would say it's opposings sides had Goh actually fought back. In this case it's more like avoiding being caught in the bully's cross hair. She can't even say she recognise this one (1) in particular. It wouldn't surprise her, Belle had been spreading rumours lately, something about how Goh would belittle anyone who doesn't know anything about a Pokémon before playing victim to get them into trouble.

Outrageous lies! Goh, from what Chloe had observed of her longtime friend and fellow classmate for a few months, he's very introverted. Intelligent for sure, being the son of two (2) system engineers and programmers would do that as she too, is a child of a Pokémon Professor and Illustrator.

Both bore the heavy expectations to follow in their parents paths in some way but only Goh bore the storm of others doubts and ill intentions. Focusing back to Goh once more, she could see that his injuries are thankfully at a minimal. It was home time now, so she practically pulled him up and towards the main gates.

"W-wha?! Where are we going?!" The dark haired boy exclaims at the sudden pull. "Don't you have to meet your friends after school?"

"Plans change Goh, you should know that!" She smiles back at him, it was a lie she'll need to apologise to her friends for it later, but he didn't need to know that. "They cancelled so I got time. Let's get you home. Your grandma is staying over too, right?"

"Oi, we weren't finished yet, brainiac."

Oh no, Joshua! He was back with his Squirtle. She hears Goh beginning to panic but without a second thought or a single second to look in the bullys direction, she bolts to the main entrance located just around the corner. If they could just get to the door -

"Use Water gun in front of them!"

She didn't see the shot pass their heads, or how it muddied up the grass they were running on. But she did see each blade of grass as she face planks into it, Goh landing on his rear just beside her, not losing grip of his hand.

She stood in front of her friend to shield him from his harasser.

"Out the way Cerise. Don't want the precious little professor to get in the way of his target now, would we?"

"Stop it! Goh didn't even do anything to warrant any of this harassment!" She tried to mimick the best protective growl she could manage. She doesn't know why, but she's tired of seeing her friend hurt.

She was thanking any Legendary God Pokémon she can think of when the teacher rounded the corner and began scolding the bully. It resulted in a week's ban of bringing his Pokémon to the Daycare. He asked Chloe and Goh if their were any more, but Chloe had to reluctantly keep quiet as Goh said no, having met Joshua's raging face.

They couldn't get a hold of Goh's parents, typical, but thankfully Professor Cerise was nearby to pick them up. It was almost pitiful watching her dad help him clean up before offering a ride back home. Goh's Grandmother thankful that her Grandson was safe and sound, having argued with the school before about the brats behaviour towards Goh. She offered the Cerises some of her homemade soup for their trouble.

Goh was clinging to every word the professor was saying about his field of work, eventually asking questions and answering in turn, testing each others knowledge on Pokémon and the likes. She didn't miss how Goh perked up when his computer that his parents built him was brought up and how proud he was when proudly showing off his well organised files on it. Each Pokémon sorted by type, quadpedal or bipedal, typings. She can name it and he would have it.

It was no wonder he was ahead of everyone in school!! She suppose she could come over every now and then to learn more with him.

*CURRENT DAY."

"Now I'm really glad that I dealt with that Joshua. Shame it can't be said about Belle." Ash deflated a bit on that.

"I wouldn't worry about that one (1)." She replies, when Ash looks at her she adds: "Remember when you got me back in touch with Serena after the contest in Lilycove City?"

Ash tried to think back on it, before sheepishly apologising about being late that day. But he was glad to see Serena again and her kindness to help Chloe in the show.

"Ash, it's ok. I had fun doing it. But Belle didn't." She heard Ash say "oh?" And recalls the moment she got to witness karma first hand.

*FLASHBACK."

"And why does SHE get to preform with Serena and I can't?!" Chloe heard a voice practically bawl out on timing with the stomping heels against tiled flooring.

"Competitor Belle please restrain yourself from lashing out." One (1) of the staff tried to calm her down. "Miss Cerise -"

"CERISE?!" Chloe now recognised that shrill voice anywhere now. "The Loser Crybaby Protector?!

"Competitor Belle!" It was Serena's voice that cut through as she came out of the changing room. "That sort of behaviour is not tolerated in Contests."

"But why?! Why the Crybaby Loser Protector." Belle pushed the topic more. "She was the reason I got suspended for no reason!!"

The rumors continues, even now. Chloe was ready to charge in there and confront Belle, but a hand on her shoulder. Turning to find it had been Lisia who had stopped her, a finger against her lips to signal Chloe to be quiet and watch.

"That was your last warning Miss Belle. Malicious behaviour against other competitors have zero (0) tolerance here or anywhere. But I did have the pleasure of speaking to an aquitance of mine who knows of Miss Cerise and Goh." Chloe could feel her chest tighten and her grip around Eevee cause the poor thing to squirm out of her hold and onto her shoulders instead to avoid being crushed. "And it appears that some of yours as well is still continuing this unwarranted behaviour!"

"I know one (1) of the judges here! I will have you kicked out of this contest before you even set foot on that stage!" Belle cockily threatens. "So it's best you have her drop out before you both get kicked to the curb."

"I have already had the pleasure of speaking to the judges already before today's performances. None have confirmed to even heard of you until now."

"I'm sorry Miss Belle," the staff member says, not sorry at all as she removes her hand from her earpiece "But I'm afraid it's now best you leave the premises now, as word of your unruly behaviour have reached the Organisers and Judges and have deemed you unfit for this competition or future competitions."

Chloe's jaw dropped, Lisia smiling just behind her. She turned, unable to form words as she points to Lisia and back to Belle. Lisia just nods and walks off to next on stage. Well, looks like today's competition will be a lot smoother now, whether she won or not at least the competition looks more appealing than ever.

*CURRENT DAY.*

"So that's why Goh was grinning ear to ear on the boat!" Ash exclaimed. He recalled meeting his old friend Serena literally moments before the boat had set sail. "Glad Serena was there to deal with that bully too."

"Yeah. Last I heard, Belle was dragged out and on a 'not allowed to compete' list." Chloe said happily, before turning serious again. "Ash, that's what you have to understand. Goh has learned a lot from you. Even I learned from you."

"Huh? I don't think I really taught you guys anything." Ash scratched the back of his head. "I only know how to help with battling."

"Not only in battles. But in understanding Pokémon and even ourselves." She explained. "Before, I had no interest in Pokémon and Goh was bullied relentless for being the opposite of me. He was so determined to have Mew as his first Pokémon, but then imagine my surprise when he's back with a Scorbunny! Then he really opens up and became less stubborn about learning things the only way he knew how. Became part of the Mew Project and met the real Mew!"

Here she grabs both of Ash's hands in her own to emphasize how she feels.

"Goh would never have come this far if it weren't for you. I wouldn't have met Eevee. We wouldn't have met all your friends and learn the world is full of opportunities and that there isn't a bully out there that we can't stand up to."

"But if that's the case, why did Goh get upset? We helped him with his panic and trauma with those bullies? Even if it's just helping him get through the panic attacks." Ash asked, upset at what he could have done to be a new cause for one (1).

"Because he feels like that would be betraying you. You declaring your new adventure was so easy for you, that Goh felt like his announcement to do the same was meaningless." She turned away from Ash, scanning at the treelines for their missing friends. "He's afraid that both sides may have just betrayed each other."

Ash looks at his partner, the Electric Mouse Pokémon looking back at him with dropped ears with a said "Pika."

"I'll help him understand why he's wrong about that. It's never a "good bye" but it's really saying "I can't wait to see you again and hear all about your adventures" kind of thing." Ash calmly explains as he continues scanning as well. With determination burning within his eyes, he adds, "And I'll be sure to tell him that when we find him. We can't let things end on bad terms and misunderstandings."

Chloe looks at him, studying him. His raised clenched fist held up in front of him, a determined expression and looking ready to physically deal with a problem and his Pikachu's matching pose helped her realise she also needed to hear the same thing from Ash.

Both her and Goh journeyed so far to get to where they are now. A simple misunderstanding will unravel and tarnish the very lessons they had learned thanks to Ash, their families and the friends and Pokémon that were met along the way. The rain began to lighten up, as if the heavy burden were finally lifting off of her shoulders and would come to an end when Goh realises the same thing.

"Then let's find him and tell him just that then." Chloe agrees, Eevee matching her determination just as much as Pikachu has with Ash. "And when we do, it will be just the start of something new. For all of us."

Both trainers stare each other in the eyes, scaling to see if their words bore the same strength as their actions have. Then grinned. They continue to search before Pikachu hears something and urges them to follow. They had come so far in this journey. The words of those bullies has come back to bite them and turn them into the very things they called Goh. Moxxie Redesign🎵🐊

Made my own version of Moxxie for Fun!🎶

I like Moxxies design! It’s very cute and gives off music conductor/thespian vibes well with the bow tie and coattails🎵🎶🎭

Biggest change I did was make him a Greed/Wrath type like Striker, but instead of being snake based, he’s a crocodile 🐊(My Crim’s def a croc!!!). Gave him a snout, claws, teeth, spikes, gave him more brownish yellow skin tones, colored his hair and gave him a thicker tail and legs. Didn’t add the eye rings, just slit pupils, but I can see them form when he’s angry or focusing on something, similar to how Moxxies sclera turns red when angry or alarmed.

Fun fact Crocodiles r asscociated with things like destruction, deceit and greed, fitting for his family origins on his dads side and Crocodiles, among other exotic animals are associated with the mob. But they can also mean good things such as protection, strength and adaptability. They can also mean things like ambiguity & duality, showing how Moxxie struggles with his identity and where he lies but can still be different from his father! It’s all up to him on the type of imp he wants to be.

Kept the music conductor vibe and added more such as leg spats, a vest and cute music note cufflinks🎶(Perhaps a gift from Millie) but also allude to slight Godfather vibes with the suit and red pin to allude a rose🌹. Show his origins being in organized crime with how sharp and well dressed he is. @a-sterling-rose pointed this out and how this connects him well with Blitz who also tries to move on from his past but can’t go cold turkey from the aesthetic fully.

Made his suit more gray to give off how he’s the more morally conflicted of I.M.P, trying to be more moral. Also went for more light goldish yellow to give off his sweet but timid nature, plus to give off Greed origins(eye for gold 🏆🌟👑).

Made his hair a bit more wavy to give off his mom’s more. Also colored it more, having his father’s genes.

Added more freckles along his snout.

Curved his nostrils to give off a slight devil horns 👿, to push him being Hellborn.

Gave him a pin for his association with I.M.P. Ngl Lovesart23 pin def stuck in my head for this, just fits for him very well.

Went with smaller horns, pointed them to give off music notes 🎶

Made him a bit more on the chubbier side.

I imagine he’s a bit taller than Millie and atleast around Blitz height more but still smaller than Loona.

Added a ring periced into his tail to give off a wedding ring 💍 . Headcanons, some imps pierce their rings on their tails.

Kate Bishop: My very first selfship!!

Hee hee this takes me waaaaay back. This was back when the Disney+ Hawkeye show first aired, and I kinda accidentally fell in love with the MCU incarnation of Kate Bishop, the second Hawkeye. Helps she was played by Hailee Steinfeld, who I do have a minor celeb crush on still, but that's not who I fell for! I fell for the dorky, fangirly, silly, and kinda dum (affectionate) Kate!! :]

Overtime, as I kinda got sullied on the MCU in general, I kinda just...took its version of Kate and made my own Marvel AU that was kind of a mix between what I liked of the films and the comics. Tied in nicely with the Spider-Man AU I was making! For the most part, tho, if ya know Kate from the Hawkeye show, and Kate from the comics, ya know the Kate I selfship with.

I don't exactly actively selfship with her as much as I did before, but I still have a lotta fond memories of her, watching the show, and talking with my friend about how much I wanted to kiss her. There's a lil corner of my brain where my Marvelsona and her get to relax and snuggle together, that's for sure.

The Lore!!

My sona here is known as Luka McNell, also known under the alias of Striker! Through some wacky shenanigans, I attained the power to control electricity and generate it within my body, not unlike the Spider-Man villain Electro (in fact, we have opposing charges of the same base power, so our unique generations of electricity cancel each other out!). I was born and raised in Maryland, but moved up to New York for more hero opportunities.

I briefly worked with SHIELD, which is when I first worked with and met Kate! I had a lotta respect for her, seeing as she was an Avengers-level hero and all—though, technically, she's a reserved member, but she's a teeny bit of a gloryhound here so she didn't bring it up, heh. We started with mutual respect for our abilities, and it just kinda blossomed into a wonderful romance! Though some of our coworkers claim we were practically dating a month before we went official but shush.

I eventually struck it out independent as a hero, and moved in with Kate! Life's a touch rough—even being a public hero only pays so well—but we manage well enough! We live in that apartment space she has in the show, with Lucky the Pizza Dog and Jeff the Baby Land-Shark as pets/roommates!

We aren't in a rush to get married, but we do eventually. Nothing big or the like, just a small affair with family and close friends. And then after that...we do have one kid, a sweet baby boy named Archer. Because of course XD. We may have more, but that's yet to be seen, heheh...

But yeah! That's my self ship with Kate! We're two silly goober heroes who are stupid x stupid (again affectionate lol).

The wonderful art piece of me and Kate riding the bus home from a mission was done by @schpog-art/@schpog! They did amazing on this!

So in short: In Bangladesh they shoot at students (And the government buys spying tools from Israel… Tia… Israel is everywhere), but they also shoot civilians (Because you know how they learn best from someone from whom they buy spying tools... Okay, but the fact that they are shooting at students is fucked up, there was already an Internet reaction in free Palestine when they targeted striking students, and here they are literally shooting at them… In short, things are not going very well in Bangaldesh and on many levels…)

In Palestine, Congo, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, etc… there is genocide and war, in Venezuela it is like in Bangladesh, only in the North Korean version (Sorry, I don't know how else to describe it), in short, censorship and imprisoning those who are not very favorable to the government (Yes, I'm still trying to get my head around it, 2024… I know, that the Valbanase animation leak and Willy Wonka Experience gave hints that this year will be quite… Specific, but there's too much of it, I'm trying to figure it all out)

Things just aren't going well in Venezuela either…

In addition, Israel created new concentration camps, and Israelis went on strike for the legal right to rape Palestinians… Yes, that is how far society and the Zionists themselves have sunk…

I need to get a better handle on Haiti and Hawaii (Cuba is there too)

It's just hard to do everything at the same time, especially when you try to understand everything that's going on in the world, wars, genocides, attacks on strikers… There's just too much of it, and many countries need support, and not all countries can cope with it, because people are mainly focused on Palestine, Congo and Sudan, because focusing on more than three at a time is difficult, because as I mentioned, it's too much (And it sucks, because many families have to bury their relatives, or many collections don't get completed…)

Unfortunately, many countries do not get the attention they deserve and unfortunately for this reason, it would be easier if everything did not happen at the same time, but well, unfortunately it is not our choice, nor the choice of the people who live there, life simply mocked us all, because I don't know how else to call it when everything is happening at the same time ;-;

I really try to focus on more than four at a time, but it's difficult :/

we’ve done a lot of theories on how the internal plot lines of hell will develop but let’s not ignore the earth based plot lines and how they might tie into the greater story.

my guess is that Andy and Stella’s screw ups won’t stop at just making a scene at the harvest moon festival and ruining a crop but the coming invasion of hell by the dhorks is going to be pinned on them as vassago cleverly points out that such things would have never happened under stolas’s watch. Andy might try to pin the blame on stolas for alerting the humans to their existence by giving the imp the book but this time the “guilty until proven innocent” court system turns on him and he has no real proof that stolas’s actions are linked to the human invasion beyond his, Stella’s or strikers word which is far from enough or even trustworthy.

now the imp population is throughly pissed off! Because in the span of a few weeks to a month a pair of blue blooded pricks had not only tried to execute one of them for daring to do something other than serve them, (stolas’s had allegedly) manipulated and abused the one who was on the chopping block, Stella had caused a massive public scene with her usual bullshit, Andy had fucked up the years harvest causing a good shortage and had even led the humans right to them which had gotten several (relatively) innocent hellborn killed and now it’s almost impossible for the nobles to ignore the fact that this time the imps wouldn’t be put down as easily and now they had a leader and the angelic weapons needed to do some real damage!!

as I said in my last post this all leads to paimon trying to bribe his son into selling out blitz but failing miserably and being forced to remarry his Version of Stella.

now everything is in chaos! The ruling class of hell has few options left and those are ether destroy all of impkind which even if they can would mean the complete destruction of hells main source of labor, they can give up their power which will never happen, or there is one last option that none of them particularly like and that is giving into the lower classes demands and actually making good leadership decisions.

finally for the first time ever the ruling class of hell is forced to surrender and wave the 🏳️ and while they would rather die or see all of impkind dead before they give up their power entirely they at least are forced to give the imps (and hounds) the ability to climb up the ranks like any other demon in hell which prevents further civil war.

During this arc I can definitely see bee and Ozzie subtly sabotaging the war plan of the other sins due to them being more sympathetic to the so called “enemy” than the other sins.

Perhaps we could have moxxie taking control of his fathers mob after killing his rat shit of a dad to further bolster the ranks of revolution.

this could tie into the Octavia rescue episode as well as after hearing about blitz and his found family take on a get one over on none other than the king of the goetia himself than this could further radicalize the lower classes.

perhaps in a poetic way of justice satan sentences Stella and Andy to the same punishment stolas got but for much longer as a way of appeasing the downtrodden of hell. It’s not just ironic because they get the same thing stolas got but for the opposite reason stolas’s was punished, stolas was punished because the upper class wanted to pin the blame on someone and make the issue go away but now the two of the biggest symptoms of the classist system are being punished as a desperate means to appease the very lower classes they looked down on. In short stolas and blitz were made into scapegoats to deflect blame from the upper class and now Stella and Andy get the same treatment. What goes around comes around as they say.

perhaps the food shortage problem and Stella and Andy’s jackassery at the harvest moon festival could be a way to tie Millie’s family into the plot.
