This when it's already a game to find out if your network will be up so I can scan a machine to start every week. God only knows why my HOA switched their system to yours when you're ranked an F by the Better Business Bureau, according to my online searches. Your online chat is useless, and my attempts are telling me that the reviews saying your call line puts people on hold for over an hour to go nowhere are accurate.
