Common thing in FNAF fics is to insist that the animatronics have had no kind human interaction other than Y/N or whatever but that is simply not true… Like I know in my heart they were beloved.

You see this?? Middle-aged man that wants to hang w Monty for his 40th bday. A young adult that wants to celebrate their graduation w Roxanne. Like. Idk their situation but I can easily imagine that in the time the Plex was open they watched people of all ages grow up n get married n have kids n stuff. And they remember everything. They remember everyone’s stories. Like. If there are people that still succumb to the magic of Disney and Mickey Mouse or whatever there are people that would really really appreciate a friendship w a giant robot in this universe. Do U know what I mean. Immersion is a powerful thing.

And I’m sure there are haters that just want to send their kid off to partayyy but are you telling me that these beasts programmed to engage the nastiest of brats can’t turn a parent’s head w how gentle they are?? How legitimately caring they are?? How their kid’s behavior turned around in an instant when these things stepped in??? I like to imagine they get letters somehow from ppl who have grown up or can’t afford their personal time anymore. Esp Sun n Moon. Kids are devastated when they have to leave the daycare, and for a while they’re screaming crying wanting to go back, so parents deliver hand-written letters from their little kid. They either drop them at the door or give to the attendant to pass onto Sun n Moon. I feel like it’s harder to get in touch w the band :(
