might I suggest the wonderful star wars language of Mando'a
the entire thing (besides the words for woman, female, man and male) is gender neutral. they call aunts/uncles ba'vodu or great-sibling/grand-sibling (like grandparent)
it's pronounced bah-vod-oo and it's one of my favorite Mando'a words sonically
