no one is ever yelling at me for the things I think I might get yelled at for but boy can I ever feel a raised eyebrow a mile off even when it isn't pointed at me
#ramblings#my brain has misinterpreted a lot of weird statements over the years but 'writing historical fiction is morally wrong' is a new one#especially because. hi a great deal of my life is spent writing historical fiction actually. so. uh. hm.#and every so often the thoughts begin to rattle around the old cupola skull to the tune of Unqualified and Insufficiently Exemplary#but there is no law against writing without a license or what have you! own personal brain monk disagrees though.#unrelatedly I just learned that dry cleaning is basically another word for 'wash your clothes with gasoline'#and now I feel slightly better about the first thing but INCREDIBLY worse about the other thing! whee!
