It's really fucking annoying how much a good nights rest and exercising again is really helping my mental health
#before i moved i worked out for 30 min every weekday and for an hour on Saturday#it was easy cuz my mom set up her gym stuff in the basement#my apartment doesn't have a gym in the basement cuz I'm not in a complex#but moving out did such wonders for my stress that i wasn't super concerned about not working out as consistently#then late January/early February happened and did some reason my mental health took a nosedive for like 3 weeks#absolutely insane how much better i felt after taking some some benadryl to sleep for 11 hours after only getting ~5 for weeks#and then i had energy to work out in the morning again!#it's only been 5 days but holy shit is crazy how much better i feel#still have an anxiety disorder but it's so much more manageable#I'm not spiraling over everything everyday. it's just the usual amount of anxiety
