This is my first post on this blog, nothing too special, just a, "not-quite-artblock-but-still-oh-my-goodness" canvas lol. Her name is Sable and she's apart of an AU with my friends, she has a wide range of abilities but in an open view are pretty lackluster in her eyes. So she tries to use every single one of them to her absolute ability, Her main abilities she uses consists of shapeshifting, teleportation, invisibility, and sentimental blaze. Sentimental blaze is like sentient fire, she controls its movements, how hot or how large it gets. She can change the color of it, but if she's not actively changing it's color it shifts on its own to reflect her mood or emotion. It's basically apart of her just like her shapeshifting, she's almost never in her actual form, and only when she feels absolutely comfortable.

The more exposed she feels the more the dark pattern on her body will begin to design itself over her body in a way. She has a moderate build but keeps on the lean side with her shapeshifting, she keeps her horns in near every form, they're like her signature. Somewhat short and stout but due to the structure can exert alot of pressure on one point, almost like giraffe antlers. She absolutely loves the color and anything related to blue, she attempts to maintain as much peace with herself as possible despite being a mental powerhouse"", she's very steady and very expressive with her eyes. She's incredibly touch deprived yet sees it as a threat at the same time- so clearly that causes some issues lmao.

Her eyes are a lighter, and darker heady cornflower blue, despite the picture below, her pupils are darker then her iris's, almost black but still a dark blue, the lighter eye's pupil being slightly lighter, and vias versa. She has a braid on the right side of her neck, she likes to shove alot of power out through her braid for "show", that grew out as she matured, but she still likes to light it up from tike to time. Think of it like another limb, she's used magic in that extension so much she has a sort of wire through it. The fire meteforically, and litteraly warms it up. The bead holding the braid together is a clash of both of her eye colors, she has a rather artistic view on things but never actually lets anyone know about it.. think of it like a secret hobby lol""

But anywho, I didn't mean for it to stretch on for so long, but there will always be more time for anything I haven't said for later ^^, I'm mostly gonna be using this lil log as an art dump, might get some people that stop by and watch, might not. Either way, it's a win win :>>

You said that SR can speak, yes? To me, she looks like the type that would normally prefer to be silent. So I bet it really shocked the gang when she spoke for the first time around them. Her first words must have been to SR reader tho. ( I'm talking like she's a baby 😅) I wonder, what does her voice sound like?

Yes, Scarlet Ribbons can speak!! Just like you said though, she prefers to observe rather than verbalize her thoughts. Reader speaks enough here SR doesn’t feel it’s necessary for her to chime in too. It becomes a bit of a rumor for a while, as Mista swore he heard SR speaking once. No one believes him. When he tries to ask you about it, you end up shrugging it off. I kinda imagine her as having a singsong voice to match her personality. Something like this, though a tad deeper. My former idol loving roots might be showing now ,,

Ohh there would hardly be a language barrier in that case! Even more of a prime opportunity to learn more about Reader, since everyone can openly communicate with one another. Narancia is definitely going to be impressed... he thought speaking two languages is amazing, but you can speak three? Color him surprised ,, he’s gonna try and learn them too!

Narancia wouldn’t know what he’s talking about tbh . He’s extremely biased towards his favorite pizza that he’s grown up with, and is gonna make it his personal mission to convince you. You’ll never see him so riled up over a trivial matter. He’d be making excel spreadsheets and charts if he was capable of it, doodling on a piece of paper will have to suffice for now. Narancia is determined once he gets something on his mind, so he’s not letting this go. At least he has an excuse to take you out on more pizza dates under the guise of wanting to prove his point . He’s a little genius.

Okay so since we’ve already established this is a v self indulgent series YOU KNOW that Reader is gonna have a nice singing voice. My idea for this Reader is that she’s very artsy focused, you can kinda decide for yourself what areas you’d prefer, but I was thinking she’d enjoy singing, dance, and traditional art. For her singing I picture something like this, clear and sweet sounding. Fugo has caught her singing the most, but rarely brings it up, preferring to listen before leaving with a little smile on his face. Narancia also catches her humming!!

I could see that happening! Giorno makes it clear in Purple Haze Feedback that he doesn’t want to repeat the mistakes that Diavolo made. He wants to have closer connections to people, and eliminate some formalities. Reader already has a habit of giving her teammates nicknames (Abba, Nara, Panna...), so GioGio is up next. She has to stop herself from saying it in professional settings though.

THANK U !! I had so much fun with it. Giorno still intends on making the best of it in the end lmao. Any trips abroad like that would have to be on the basis of business, Reader’s presence just an additional bonus. So he’s already grateful that she’s here. He’s still one of the best at getting meaningful alone time with her once he moves to the courting process.

I want to write that scene still!! It feels somewhat difficult since I only have a few vague ideas of what I want, but I’ll keep thinking about it more... For the team visiting the states I swore I wasn’t going to go ham but I ended up going Ham... and it was really fun actually !! The east coast actually has a lot of fun things to do, and a lot of the members would want to explore around there.

She is a very affectionate Stand,, much to the minor misfortune of Reader. Fugo has woken up to SR just staring at him. Neither of you knows why she does it, but she seems to like observing your teammates. It’s gonna end up being Bruno that gets a little forehead kiss... since without him, you never would’ve awoken your Stand. Or it would’ve at least taken a lot longer. Bruno never mentions it to you, it’s a secret between them. 🥺

Ohh that’s an interesting AU type of idea!! Darker SR Reader... maybe her color palette changes to to match? I picked bright red as being a reoccurring theme since it’s often associated with passion and love, and that seemed to fit her. So maybe Scarlet Ribbons is monochrome instead here. And black iris’?? And black ribbons... now I kinda wanna doodle a dark Scarlet Ribbons for fun . She goes >:( instead of >:)

Ryuunosuke is such a Gentleman and Susato is such a Lady <3 I have nothing against Susato's original dlc outfit, and it makes sense considering it's in the AA universe made by Iris, but it would be fun to see something that could feasibly be worn by a 16-year-old. Such as this or a calf-length skirt with taller boots.

I'm interested in your choice for Herlock, because at first glance this looks MORE inaccurate for me lmao, but alas, he's Herlock Sholmes, he would wear a magenta waistcoat in any universe.

Iris is soooo cuuute, I love her hairstyle! And the way the clothes weren't changed as much as Susato's - children could get away with shorter skirts, haha

YES, Barok is early 19th century styled in a turn of the century setting! Tbh I often lose my mind a little over fact that there were actual combat uniforms with tight white trousers and very tall boots.

Between Sholmes' and Barok's designs, I'm now wondering about the history of gold trim! It was put generously on the military uniforms, but never on the outer edge of the fabric as far as I've seen. I wonder why, because it looks so good this way!

At the base of each puffed part of her sleeves is a bit of tan detailing. The third character is Herlock Sholmes. Sholmes is wearing an open caped greatcoat, reminiscencent of Sherlock Holmes’s stereotypical dress. It’s the same tan as his original coat, and has a double layered cape that goes down to a bit above his wrist, and a bit below his biceps. The coat itself goes down to his mid calves. The coat has the same flower like symbols on its shoulders as Sholmes’s original coat. Under the coat he is wearing a pink waistcoat, trimmed with gold, over a white shirt and dark purple cravat. He’s wearing gray pinstriped pants, and two belts (one across his chest and one around his waist) to hold various supplies. On his head is his deerstalker cap and goggles. After Sholmes is Iris Wilson. Iris is wearing a white and brown skirt. The shirt long sleeves that are puffed at the top, and a high collar. There is a V shape going from her shoulders to chest, in ribbon, and the inside part of the v is filled with lines and ruffles. There are buttons going from her collar to the end of the V and at her sleeve cuffs. Her skirt is A-Line, a dark, warm gray, and goes down to her knees. It has ruffles at the bottom, and dark horizontal stripes. She’s wearing a belt, with various chemical supplies on it, and dark black tights and boots. Her hair is tied up in two buns, with single ringlets coming down from each one. She’s also wearing some goggles on her head. The last character is Barok van Zieks. He’s wearing clothing in the style of the 1800s-1810s. He’s wearing a dark, almost black, blue jacket, that cuts off in the front at the waist and slopes down into squared tails at the back. It has a very high collar, with the top part of the lapels standing straight up, and the bottom lying flat against his chest. The coat is trimmed with gold, double breasted, and has small gold epaulets at the shoulders. Under the coat he is wearing light tan tightly fitted pants, white gloves, and a dark purple cravat. The collar of his shirt is standing high enough to reach his chin, and you can see a little bit of his waistcoat collar standing up from between the jacket and his cravat. He’s wearing black boots with gold lining the tops, and a sword hanging off of a belt at his waist. /End ID]

hello tumblr i already posted some of these on my sideblog but here they are all finished and with an id! some of the dgs outfits redesigned to be a little bit more historically accurate, not because i dislike the dgs designs in general but more because 1800s-1910s historical fashion is my Thing so i needed to take this opportunity. please ask me things about these designs i wanna talk about them i want to talk about historical fashion
