☆ I love when Erik calls me 'Mon cœur' {'Ma beauté' is close but} it just sounds so nice and also when he puts 'dear' in front of endearments or my name. 🫠

I think my favorite to call Erik is 'lovey' or 'sweetness' or adding 'my' infront of his name because it just melts him.

☆ Yes, I would start collecting pillows and he would 100% go along with it, no questions asked. I'm stacking pillows up saying we need to build a fort and he's behind me with every blanket it the room and all the dining room chairs.

☆ Yeah basically everyone, lol. You don't really tell anyone you're dating the Opera Ghost. I think Gerard would be the only one to even slightly know. And then later Christine probably because I can't keep my mouth shut and yap to the only other person who knows Erik. {Mutual gushing about our partners as I painstakingly let her talk about Philippe, because if she likes him I love him, lol}

☆ I honestly don't really know, cause I don't interact with the very tiny fandom beyond art. 🤷‍♀️

☆ Erik calls me 'Ma petite femme' {'My little wife'} sometimes and I think it's so silly and cute and I get 'my little artist', 'doodlebug' and 'Mon arc en ciel' {'My rainbow'} a lot too.

I use silly nicknames all the time, it's my god given right as a midwesterner so he gets Lovebug, Angel eyes, and McDreamy alot. {Although I think McDreamy is the silliest!}

Dogs. I really love dogs and pets in general. My two stupid but loving bitches are the light of my life (besides my beloved husband of course)

Being in London, having high tea with my husband...because I love London, I love cakes, and I love my husband. (lol)

Art. Seeing lovingly crafted, witty, smart, heart-breakingly beautiful art? Never fails to make my heart stop for a second. I truly, deeply, unapologetically love the art you all make.

Rainstorms, cold rooms, gloomy afternoons reading. I am not a sun person, I am a 'sit in the corner and stare wistfully into the darkness' person. Lying in my cellar with the French Windows open while outside the storm rages is a very soothing feeling.

Paying other people's food. Absurd one, I know, but I sneak, lie, run, and pretend to go to the toilet in order to pay my friends' food. (I have also been known to send random people on the internet money so they can eat fruit/pizza/whatnot...What can I say? I like paying people's food lol)

What’s Your Own Favorite Story Of The Year?

Oh man, this is tough. I think it would maybe have to be between like it means something and (wheeze). I love buzzfeed unsolved, so writing that as an AU was super fun. that said, I'm really proud of the character work in like it means something and really happy with the reception it had too. it's also one of the first fics I ever started, stopped and then actually finished, which gave me a lot more confidence to write longer fics and commit to things like 911christmasweek

Did You Take Any Writing Risks This Year?

I resolved a long time ago never to post unfinished WIPs, because I'm liable not to finish them. It was with that in mind that I posted the first part of balancing on breaking branches, which was intended to be a one shot. a ton of people asked for more, though, so I ended up writing and sharing three additional parts, all without a final product in mind. It worked out, and I'm really glad I did it!

it's got to be HIPAA versus the Heart, outsider POV my beloved. that one was a ton of fun to write, so I'm glad people liked it!

Story Of Mine Most Under-Appreciated By The Universe, In My Opinion:

honestly, I feel so incredibly lucky to have gotten the reception I have in this fandom. I feel like everything I post gets 10x the interaction I expect, and I'm so very grateful for it. if I absolutely had to give an answer, though, I'd say toothpaste, which is stupid and fluffy and extremely short but I love it

Most Fun Story To Write:

(wheeze), definitely. I'm actually considering a sequel, just because I had so much fun writing that one. the ghost files announcement gave me some inspiration 👀

Most Unintentionally Telling Story:

mmmmm, probably not then, not now. honestly I didn't like that one when I posted it, mostly because I felt like I was projecting way too many of my own insecurities on buck. I still don't love it, but it seemed to resonate with a few people, so I'm glad it exists

Biggest Disappointment:

There's a 10k fic sitting in my wips, most of which I wrote before 4x08. if you know my work you know that's wayyyy longer than the vast majority of what I post, so I'd love to share it. it really just doesn't work with where the characters are now anymore, though, so if I am ever going to share it, it's going to need significant rewrites

Biggest Surprise:

like honestly the fact that I've been writing at all, and even more than that, the fact that people like it. also, I thought it was very funny when someone brought first kisses back around like 4 months after I posted it

Hey Puku, I’m not really sure if interaction with your posts are okay, or if you even want asks/asks related to that, however I’m in a similar spot. I, myself doesn’t know how to deal with this either. It’s just a awful situation that drags you down no matter how you view it, I bet it’s pretty exhausting for you. I’m not really sure where I want to go with this, but I just want you to know that you’re not alone.

I don't mind, to be honest, I mostly just worry about being unhealthy to anyone who follows me; and I don't know what it is, but sometimes if I tag my posts with the proper tw, I'll get someone I've never interacted with before, who's not a mutual, send me a dm about it. They'll be like "you can always talk to me", something related to asking me not to go through with offing myself (even if I was sure I didn't write anything that made it seem like I was), and I know they're trying to be caring to a fellow person, but for me it kinda just feels weird because they only saw the one post and don't actually know my current mental state. Also, I can't help but feel guilty about feeling that way because I know they are doing it out of a place of empathy and I have also been on that side of just wanting to help anyone who seems to be crying out for help. As one who has been there, looking, actively seeking to help others, for me in the past has been also somewhat because I was also lonely, so it makes me feel a bit more guilty.

I generally don't mind considering mutuals friends even if unofficially, because more than likely, we found each other through a or similar interest(s), and as mutuals we have the chance to sort of get to know each other through our posts.

So anyway, no worries, thank you for reaching out! And I also hope if you see my posts, perhaps it make you feel less alone, too! 💖 That was also part of why I post some of them. I use this blogging format to help my mind sort out and process the things, supposedly that's the whole point of PTSD. Your brain forces you to keep revisiting the trauma until it's been able to fully process the memory and can finally store it as a memory from the past so the person can hopefully move on and lead a healthier life with a brain better equipped to handle different stresses and trauma in the future.

The problem is, when PTSD becomes more like a disorder, hense the D part of the acronym. It's like a glitch in the trauma recovery system, causing it to interfere with your daily life for a very long time, apparently at least more than one month. I haven't been able to shoo mine away for well over 2 years, well for the more pressing issue as of late. It's possible I've been dealing with cptsd due to my childhood, but never knew until I started researching more about these subjects dealing with traumas. Interestingly enough, the "obsession" my brain has had with the most recent thing, has actually forced me to become a makeshift psychology student (like at home with my internet, not formal academia and training, so my knowledge is null. lol) for the last going on 3 years come fall. Always listen to the person with the phD, not my hick ass. Gahahaha (No, seriously, I don't wanna be sued! XD)

But yesssss! I'm constantly exhausted! The fact you can say that probably means you're exhausted, too. I guess we can be exhausted sleepy babies together. Sleep, sleep, sleep!!! Do it for your drained battery, it's good for you!

You're right though, someday we'll be okay! I hope so anyway! We just gotta keep fighting! And more sleep!! We got this, mate!
