Also lol I realised my birthday is in six days and I've been feeling like a piece of crap for the past several weeks, so here's to hoping I'm not gonna spend that day sobbing on the living room floor but I don't have particularly high hopes

#i've sobbed in many places on my birthday! for example in 2019 it was a bus #in 2017 it was my old room's floor and i think also kitchen?#in 2018 i had an anxiety attack #and so i did in 2020 #last year it /was/ the living room floor #and still my mum is like 'why do you expect the worst you're only gonna make a self fulfilling prophecy' like #mum i really don't have much evidence supporting a different result #last time i had a good tear-less fear-less birthday was my first year of high school and even then i remember the anxiety #so like. yea fun thank you for your attention. i should really delete these rant posts more often #rant #mental health
