#mostly mad because they ruined my bank's system I had TABS FOR A REASON

So I have an OSRS account, and I've played the game off and on for years. Last time I touched the game was somewhere in mid-late 2020. But recently a friend asked if I could grab a couple in-game screenshots for them and I said "yeah sure hold on" and I tried to log in only to find that my account was banned! Weird! So I check, and I was apparently banned for macroing in 2022!

Luckily Jagex gave me my account back after only one appeal (I'd assume the eighteen-month gap between the ban and the appeal lent my explanation some credence), and for the most part whoever got their hands on my character left most of it untouched, aside from an absurdly high Ranged skill and a horrifically disorganized bank full of members' only items I've been systematically destroying (and some holiday items as well for some unfathomable reason). They left my usual tabs in my bank mostly untouched, too, I just have to move some magic staves back to the proper place and whatnot. So, like, I'm mad, yes, but mostly I'm just bewildered.
