So, fictionkin of Soren from Guardians of Ga'hoole here. Niche source with a weird name, I know. And you wanna know what's really (not) fun? When instead of normal phantom wings coming from your back like most people with an avian fictomere or kintype, your wings overlay themselves on top of where your arms currently are.

Also, have some parentheses, since I don't believe in hoarding resources more than necessary.

Mal Practice

Today, Mal was in naval bridge when she felt a rebel fleet of around 20 ships hyperspaced in. She was able to get some TIEs up in the air, have ground troops fight the rebel presence in the courtyard and main hangar bay, and eventually win against them. A Terror Trooper named Issac has been popping up to scare and break her down, telling her that her significant other (Shock Commander Chris Crunch) would "make a fine experiment" and to "enjoy the time you have left with him". Frightened by this, she asked a Shock Major about how the Terror Trooper was threatening Crunch. The Major said to her that there was nothing that he could do and that orders are orders, to let the trooper be. She huffed her way back up to naval bridge. Lieutenant AXOS Pride got word that an Imperial General was visiting the base. Mal and Pride went down to greet the General, as well as the Terror Trooper. While they were walking, Mal told him that she didn't trust him at all and that she would figure out what he was up to. The Terror Trooper ignored her words. Then brief was called- Naval was able to triangulate the position of the rest of the rebel fleet hyperspacing away. The 501st Commander Belial was also kidnapped by the same rebel force and tortured. All troops went to MHB, loaded up in the LAAT and prepared for combat. Mal was selected as ground command for the mission. They were able to get Commander Belial back and defeat the rebels, but Belial's condition was decreasing. He and the rest of the troops were rushed back to base. Mal was pulled out of debrief to conduct surgery on Belial- he had four degree burns everywhere, broken ribs/bones, shrapnel wounds and internal bleeding. He was fading fast. Mal was able to save his life with the help of other medics, but Belial lost a leg and part of a rib. Mal also proceeded to have a PTSD flashback in the middle of the surgery and had to step back to let other surgeons help. With Toast (a Shock Medic) helping her calm down, she exited the operating room, took off her scrubs and proceeded to talk with the Mandalorian on base (Soren Verburyc [Loyal] Ge'tal [Mandalorian clan name], who is from the Old Republic time and was recently unfrozen out of carbonite) about what she was experiencing- the flashbacks, the nightmares, feeling like she wasn't herself. Soren attempted to comfort her and advised her to be stronger in the face of fear. Mal agreed. She saw the General in medbay and proceeded to chase after him, learning from earlier that he was the one who sent the Terror Trooper down to strike fear into her heart. The General got in his plane with his Disciple and Mal proceeded to give them clearance to leave, but not before shouting at them that she knew that they were up to. Big mistake. The Disciple came back dressed as a stormtrooper and complained about a sprained leg and bruise. Mal told him to come to medbay with her. They proceeded to walk together, the stormtrooper going the opposite way. Mal followed him to tell him that medbay was the opposite way and proceeded to have a powder blown into her face which made her permanently forget the past 24 hours.

HEHEJWJDKWLDBW well it all started when I was born back in 20— wait no wrong story lemme start again rq *AHEM*

Delusion AU follows the story of Jesse, a normal guy, who stumbles across a hidden portal. He finds this strange world that I like to believe is kinda like Wonderland or that Better End mod. He ends up in sky city, gets arrested, and meets Milo and Aiden. They get him out of jail and give him shelter. That is the beginning.

I've been thinking about the backstory a bit but it always ends the same. Ivor, Harper, and Soren stumble across this same portal about 20 years before Jesse does and they can't get out of the world. No one can. Ivor then goes on to be a mad scientist dubbing himself "The Creator" and creating an entire civilization of experiments. His first experiment is Harper and Soren, who he tears apart and sews together and the two dubbing themselves "Sora"

The in between and end part of the story is still being created since it's a work in progress AU, meaning I'm not NEAR done. I have a few things planned like Milo dying and Vos getting freaking PAMAtized and Stella being freaking Vox from Hazbin Hotel basically and Radar being besties with the gosh darn ELDRITCH HORROR PAMA (who doesn't use computer chips, instead uses a parasitic bug that slowly eats away at your insides and other stuff. It's the only thing that can actually kill an Immortal. Though this is incredibly rare since only Ivor, Sora, and PAMA have access to it. PAMA uses it to kill and feed on Immortals.)

My muses have been dropping like leaves this month as I evaluate my life's schedule and priorities, and it's time to admit that this was coming no matter what for me.

At just about 3 years and had I done upcoming claims, 69 skill points, Soren has won RP and it's time to let him go home. I have other projects I'm putting my creative time and energy into and with my goals being shifted towards the long work of original writing and trying to purposefully improve aspects of writing that RP just can't do, it's what's best for me right now.

It's hard to send, and I hope that those of you I've gotten to know over the past years will still be in touch/a friend to me. Our fellow writers are what matter, less the muses that they write.

I think getting Soren to a place where he's been happy was both challenging LOL and a very rewarding set of arcs to write, and with that I'd like to drop Soren.

Gen 3. Aurora #34 The Catacombs

The family headed to Tartosa to visit the White Legacy cemetery.

"These were my grandparents on my father's side... your great-grandparents and Uncle Soren, who was the King of Tartosa before he passed."

"And these are Grandma Snow's parents, the Queen and King of the Bramblewood. They loved to cross-stitch too."

"Your oldest uncle Doug and his wife both Ashley died of old age, but it was so tragic. Their eldest two daughters died in accidents. They have one living daughter, Krysta."

"My favorite sister Joy and her husband Taylor. Joy was electrocuted when their 4 kids were young. You'll meet them at your celebration."

Aurora's cousin Noe Bianchi happened to be at the catacombs visiting his parents, who had died of old age. Shylee had been the longest living of the 7 "dwarfs."

"N-nice to meet you."

"Uncle Hayden was quite accomplished. Both him and his wife died elderly, but Uncle Hayden's twin Raphael died by falling from a cliff when he was 50. Another tragic end. He hadn't ever gotten married."

"Uncle Dwight and Aunt Somna were the musical ones in the family. In fact, Aunt Somna was an award-winning violinist! Both died in their old age as well."

"I can't believe I had this many Uncles and Aunts, and I never got to meet them." *Pained silence* "We will meet some of your other cousins at your welcoming banquet."
