#briefest of updates; my phone tanked and we had to like. rush therapy and this guy just.#you know that one screencap from four ch//an or w/e where its a picture of shaggy and its this person who was like#mid breakdown and this nurse or whoever asked if she was 'actually sad' and that made her full stop her breakdown??#i was mid-whatever the fuck ive been on today and he brought up how ufo's are real and started talking about that#for like a good. ten minutes? the remainder of our appointment??? nd im just sitting ther e nodding and going 'mhm' cuz he like#completely missed what i was talking about and somehow we landed on ufo's as a topic of one sided discussion#it was weird enough that it snapped me out of my funk and ive. had food so im normal now shgjkdsmgsdgs#BUT IT WAS.
