Atticus wears makeup: specifically eye and eyebrow makeup, and chapstick when he needs it
Giacomo doesn't wear makeup, he just has darker eyelids. Mainly because they looked that way in the art of him as president, and I refuse to believe that the guy policing men's hair length was wearing eyeshadow
