genuinely think it's interesting how EU law practice case books are much more kaleidoscope a situation than like. even swiss constitutional law ones are and it's not like that's such an incomprehensibly large field of relevant case law. i guess it's just easier to make situations up and more or less reliably predict how the bundesgericht would solve them? whereas with at least the EU law practice case books i've seen a few of them are situations i truly have never heard or thought of before and that i have to solve from the bottom up and then the rest are just like . Oh this is just fucking Bosman again
