Over here making a DnD character I'm growing attached to bc I'm on a DnD kick then a friend of mine proceeds to call him and his backstory edgy and goth, making me self conscious about using him in a DnD campaign or even trying to pick up DnD again at all

Dunno if he was joking or not but the fact that he then went on talking about whatever else he wanted made it hurt more
