Everyone always talks about how reviewing fics is important, and how you should absolutely review older fics too, even unfinished ones, but seriously, REVIEWING FICS IS IMPORTANT, AND YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY REVIEW OLDER FICS TOO, EVEN UNFINISHED ONES.

I started writing a Caryl/Hunger Games crossover trilogy in about 2016/2017. I had so much enthusiasm for the story and belted out Part 1, and got half way through writing part 2 when I got too excited to wait to finish writing, and started putting it up online.

And it was met with near silence.

I forced myself to finish part 2, but it was with nowhere near the enthusiasm I had started with, and basically gave up. I haven't even thought about writing the final part in seven years.

Anyway, I've just had a series of the most gorgeous reviews on those fics. And guess who has just started a document for part 3, and has already finished the first draft of chapter 2?
