It's the middle of the night. I refuse to can't sleep. So I'll write a little. I figured since it's Christmas season, I should write something a little festive. So, enjoy?

Christmas Eve

Gender neutral (Both Yandere and reader)

Imagine with any yandere of your choice, no character will be named nor any gender specified. Warning for mentions of stalking

They were the kindest housemate you've ever had. They put your dirty laundry away (after they were done smelling it), They made sure to feed your beloved pet some homemade treats whenever they came in that was so delicious it would make them too drowsy to stay awake afterwards (couldn't have them stirring up noise, after all), They even washed your dishes for you when you became too tired during the night and left them in the sink to deal with in the morning (after taking a few licks off of them just to taste your saliva). In all, they've been pretty charitable.

And the kindest part about it all is that they didn't awake you while they were doing it. But even then, they couldn't.

After all, they weren't technically allowed in your house.

Soon, however, they'd make their move. One day they'd be able to take care of you during the day. But with your tight schedule it makes it impossible to "run" into you. So they wait.

They were patient, very patient. They can wait until the time is right to approach you. They were patient.

But, through pure coincidence while searching for small gifts to buy you so you finally start noticing them, they found an article about a man named "Santa Claus"

Being a rather sheltered individual, and too focused on oneself (and you), they never heard of Santa. Not even as a child, they just recieved gifts from parents under their real names. Intrigued, they researched more. They came to find out about the north pole, elves, his sleigh, and the naughty and nice list. They rationalized that they never got gifts from Santa because they were always bad, so they were placed on the naughty list. And a brilliant idea popped into their terrible mind.

On the night of Christmas Eve, they dressed in red and snuck... Through your window. It was a bit unrealistic for them to fit through the chimney and they were at least smart enough to know that. They looked around for milk and cookies, but instead saw brownies in tupperware on the kitchen counter. They shrugged it off, thinking you forgot to place it next to the fire place. But where was the milk?

They opened the fridge door, the light from inside lighting up their face as thry looked around the nearly barren fridge. Remembering that a week before they had smelled something bad and opted to clean out the expired foods from your fridge. You never really restocked other than getting the necessities like butter, eggs, and... Milk! Like in the stories. They figured you must have left it in there so it won't go bad over night. So, they helped themselves to a glass of milk and a few brownies and washing their cup before hunting for the Christmas tree.

Then they saw it. lighting up the living room with yellows and reds, the ornaments sparkling from the glitter that was dusted onto them to create little patterns, topped off with a star that shined brighter than all of the lights on the tree combined. They sat in awe, admiring your handiwork before setting all the thoughtfully wrapped presents under the tree, and making their escape.

They thought it was the perfect plan, even changing up their handwriting a bit to make it more believable when they wrote "From: Santa" on all of the presents. In their mind, it was flawless.

Flawless it would be had they not written "To: My Darling" onto all of the presents in who they're adressed to, and even then, it would require you to think Santa is real in the first place.

Okay, maybe not applicable to all yanderes, but probably a good majority of good-natured ones. It's like 3 am and this was written in one sitting because I can't sleep.

And I know Santa is a male, but, you don't see Santa, do you? So if your yandere is a she then she figures that because you won't know it's her, she can bend a few rules. Besides, they can't get a sleigh or reindeer in time anyways. They were bending a few rules before they even started.

This inspired me to write something else but at the moment, I'm too tired.
