#it was a very desperate decision honestly!#Guideon had not much of his parents left besides the overwhelming responsibility for the company and an inactive Exocannis prototype#In a way it was like the universe giving him a second chance to make things right for once (and to be useful perhaps)#He could've just let the poison do its job. but just like young Gideon would he sought comfort in his mother's creations#He knew how the Exocannis worked bcs he designed them himself as a kid and gave the drawing to his mother.
