WHO HERE WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT MY PETTY DRAMA IM IN RIGHT NOW WITH AN AIRBNB HOST 🗣🔊

So to catch everyone up: I went on a trip for my birthday October 31st—4th and after leaving a 3star review (KEEP THIS IN MIND) at the airBnB I was at because, to put it simply, it just wasn't that good, the host almost 2 weeks after I'd left the place had accused me for breaking the dishwasher beyond repair... we had cooked two meals there, my friend handwashed our dishes before we left, we usually ate out, and all of the group didn't know there was a dishwasher. 😀

Now: after bickering back n forth with the host, I blocked him in which he had a "host representative" email me and try to make "resolutions". I sent them the screenshots of the conversations between my friends about none of us using the dishwasher and my friend handwashing all the dishes (🗣🔊which SHOUT OUT TO THEM FOR DOING THAT as I watched them, sat on the floor in bondage gear LMAO), referenced the fact that he had reviews on his profile a week after I'd left the place (implying someone stayed there before me), and the fact that we didn't even have that crazy of meals (we had pancake, bacon and spaghetti. that was it).

tell me why the "host representative" told me I'm still at fault and showed me NO PROOF WHATSOEVER that it was me? 😭😭 I literally asked over 3 different times (NOT COUNTING OUTSIDE OF EMAIL) and this lady replied with "sorry you feel that way about the outcome" in 3 different ways... IM WILLING TO PAY IF U CONVINCE ME, OTHERWISE IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING IM POSITIVE I DIDNT TOUCH 🥸 JUST SHOW ME.

and so... I wanted to share what I want my final response to be, but ik I can't send because its so snottyy 😭 BUT IT NEEDS TO BE. LET. OUT.

Why aren't you able to show me the proof? I'm WILLING to be proven wrong even if I know I didn't touch it, but you won't even acknowledge the fact I had even asked for proof and that I'm wrong anyways. This is only filling my suspicion that this was all in spite of a "not perfect" review and now you're damaging my record [on airBnB] because you guys aren't willing to at least prove to me that it was me because you might be wrong. I'll take anything: a date, a photo of the dishwasher, the date of the bill, proof that nobody was there after me, literally anything and if it seems legit I'll at least pay something of what you're asking. Instead, it sounds like a bunch of people who know they aren't in the right, but just don't like me so they frame me for something to make me look bad. If I don't get anything from you or the people accusing me of this I'm just gonna report it to airBnB and get it removed. I'm familiar common sense morality and so far this situation has been twisting of situations, deception and blatant ignorance to what the accused is asking for as you try and ruin a "reputation" for a college kid and run them broke for having a birthday celebration and not being a fan of the place I stayed at. If you need to know where I get each of these conclusions from, I beg of you to ask me. This is such a blatant wne desperate act to get your clients what they want; you've tip-toed your way around my questions for proof by saying the same thing 3 different times in slightly different ways that way at least SOMETHING bad happens to me, in justice for their hurt feelings. I would say no disrespect, but if you can't answer me where'd the proof, that leaves me to feed myself the pudding. [I'm basically saying if you don't convince me I'm gonna be convinced with myself]

I'm really debating if I send this, because I know they can't legally bind me to this shit, but they can bother me worse than before or even try to legally bind me if I keep hitting the hive, so I wanted to post it here. the representative said that they've essentially given up on trying to charge me anyways, but this argument....

lasted for 2 MONTHS all because the place was mediocre.
