I wanna talk more about Blondie
I feel like she and Mela would get along, they’re both total queens and Blondie also likes to dance, she also loves hot chocolate, ballet, flute music, smooth jazz and classical music, fashion* and fashion design, and afternoon tea parties
*she’d get criticized at her job because instead of wearing a police uniform she’d just walk around in her designer clothes with her badge in her coat or something
(once her name starts to really get out there, she gets quite wealthy, and she usually spends it on clothes or charity stuff, as she does believe in reformative programs preventing crime)
I can see her hanging out with the gang including Godot, cause like, one of them copes with his trauma and sadness by being cryptic and bitter, while she deals with her trauma and sadness by being a little silly
Black Coffee guy and hot chocolate with rainbow sprinkles lady
Home girl and coffee boy are both working in the prosecutor’s office late and as a kind gesture, she makes him a cup of extra dark hot chocolate, cause she thinks he’d like it [she doesn’t know how to make coffee cause she doesn’t drink it, as she’s an insomniac]
“Just something to help get through the night from one late shifter to another”
but I actually ship her with Franziska,
Cause it’s like the sun lesbian* + moon lesbian (*bisexual but whatever)
U know opposites attract
Franziska is this uptight, formal, thin and sharp young woman, who’s secretly cute
Blondie is this bubbly, soft and curvy, quirky slightly older** lady, who’s secretly a badass
** she’s like in her early to mid 30s
And both have near perfect records
Blondie can be Franziska’s pet detective (like got Gumgum is to Edgybaby)
Nah but really they’d be an interesting crime fighting duo, and make great gfs
They both classy hoes (hoes in an endearing way)
What do u think?
I was immediately picturing Blondie making a dirty chai latte or dirty hot chocolate for Godot in that there's coffee in it and she tries to make it dark and bitter to his tasting. And she might even bake him bagels with cream cheese to go with the coffee (or maybe that's just me projecting lol)
She sounds like the generous person who brings in sweets and the like to be enjoyed by the whole detective team, and Gumshoe is just taken by those gestures and has to stop himself from eating the whole thing.
Despite being a dark and bitter cryptid, Godot finds himself smiling more when Blondie's around. The coffee she makes is....well, there's always room for improvement 😊
God just imagine Blondie and Mela getting together over tea and confections, and Mela starts explaining about all the silly, shameful things one of her cousins has been up to. She spills the beans of Gyro's failed love affairs and the mess he's made of them, and Blondie has to stop herself from laughing or she'll get the hiccups. They just roast tf outta him and it is glorious lol!
But how does Blondie react upon seeing Gyro's little bastard girls? I feel like Sadie-Mae might like her. Maggie would like her because she seems fun and nice (much, much nicer than her father, that's for sure), and Paxe is a bit disinterested. As a side note, give Paxe a whip and she'd become a little Frannie lol
I was imagining that Mela would purposefully kick out Caesar and Gyro from the house for a day so she could host a little girls-only get together with Gyro's daughters, her gf Jodie and Blondie. There, Mela dances with Blondie and teaches her this Spanish dance she recently learned. And Blondie makes hot chocolate for the kids.

Apparently, there are A LOT of movies that are rehashes of "Three Men and a Baby", which also is a rehash of a French film, "Three Men and a Cradle". And I guess you could also make the claim that "Full House" is another rendition of "Three Men and a Baby", if not directly then in spirit.
And here I go with my babblings of Gyro x Jake x Godot which in essence is *another* rehash of "Three Men and a Baby"! Hell, I'll even call it "Three Men, Two Babies, and One Little Lady", a charming and wholesome comedy of three bachelors (Gyro, Jake, and Godot) suddenly find themselves strapped with three kids, all Gyro's from three separate affairs, and have to stop their whole lives to raise them. They got Paxe, a five year old little bullish bratty girl who only listens to Gyro, Maggie, who is a clingy older baby, and Sadie-Mae, the youngest who is a fussy younger baby.
Needless to say, the men got their hands full hahaha. None of them have any idea on how to raise and care for a baby, and Godot and Jake are pissed off at Gyro for getting them into this situation. My god, cant he just keep it in his pants???? Where tf is the mom(s)????

I read about a cute tiktok video about a black 4 year old boy have a little tantrum when he talks to his mom about how much he wishes to be Mexican. His parents aren't Mexican and he's disappointed. Why does he want to be Mexican so much? Well, because he eats quesadillas, of course!!!!
So imagine one of Gyro's bastard daughters (probably Maggie) getting mad and pissy because she wants to be Mexican like one of Gyro's boyfriends, Jake Marshall. And Maggie, like 4 years old at this point, had a little tantrum and it's the cutest, funniest thing Gyro, Jake, and Godot have seen lmao
"I wanna be Mexican!!"
"But you're not Mexican. Your mother's not Mexican. I'm not Mexican. Both your parents are Neapolitan. How are you gonna be Mexican when your parents aren't?"
"...Because I eat quesadillas."
So Jake calls her a "Mexican at heart" and they celebrate with nachos and quesadillas to Maggie's liking. It's almost enough to appease her.

Gyro and his boyfriends resting in bed. More specifically, Godot was laying on his stomach, Jake at his side, and Gyro flush against his back--Gyro's chest pressed onto Godot's back. Gyro takes a deep breath, and as he exhales, he slides his arma around Godot's front and hugs him with a lot of force, not enough to hurt of course, but enough to anchor himself to his lover. He squeezes him like he does to his large teddy bears and sighs so deeply that he moans which comes out as a cute growl.
Then the bedroom door swings open. And there was Maggie, a 7 year old girl, holding onto her little teddy bear and looking fretful. "Papà," she called, and Godot felt Gyro freeze like a statue above him. Gyro's weight on his back, which started to feel good, now felt like dead weight aggravating his already tight back. "Papà, what are you doing?"
"Nothing. Go to bed." Gyro fired back, not even bothering to lift his head and look back at the girl.
"But Papà, I need you for something."
"Cazzo...! Girl, if you don't go back to bed right now--" Gyro stopped short when he heard Godot whispering to him. Maggie couldn't hear what he was saying, but whatever it was, it caught Gyro's attention real fast and changed his attitude real quick. "Alright, fine!"
Gyro slid himself off of Godot and the bed and walled towards Maggie, kneeling down to her so that they were eye-level. "What is it, Maggie?"
"You didn't tuck me in or read me a story."
"That's it???"
"Yeah."
Rolling his eyes, Gyro escorted Maggie to her bed, tucked her underneath the covers, and read her story after story until she finally stayed asleep.
But by the time Gyro returned to his own bed where his lovers were, both Godot and Jake were fast asleep! So much for having a little fun before bedtime....

The first time Gyro's misfit bastard daughters call Jake "Pa" and Godot "Papi" would probably hit the men like a truck lol

Note
I do think Jake and Godot could positively influence the three misfits
Paxe loves cowboy/girl stuff so they’d be inclined to hang out with them
It would be great for Maggie to see people with a similar skin tone to her
It’s no secret Gyro treats her poorly cause she has the same skin and hair as her mom,
But to have a positive influence who her father likes but also has darker skin and hair would be great
It’s weird how similar Godot and Sadie Mae are since I made Sadie Mae before I played Ace Attorney
Whiteish hair, covers eyes, is misunderstood and tragic,
So I feel like they’d get along. Sadie Mae having caring adults who understand her is excellent for her fragile Mental health
Johnny is nice but the more the merrier
(Side note: If Gyro’s having an open relationship can M&M be in the poly thing or is it boys only)
I agree!!! I very much think that Godot and Jake could be positive role models for the bastard trio where Gyro falls short. For example, both Jake and Godot pick up on how Gyro is ruder more often to Maggie than to Paxe and Sadie-Mae, which they find weird. Very unusual. They want to investigate it more without setting off alarms in Maggie's head that something serious might be going on. In the meantime, they occupy Maggie's time, helping her with homework, lifting her down from the monkey bars when she's stuck and calling for help, accompanying her on walks in the park (and chasing after her if she ever gets too far or tries to run off by herself).
One detail I try to carefully navigate through is understanding Maggie's reaction when she's around her peers and family members who don't really look like her. Johnny and his children have fairer skin, much like her classmates, and up until now, only Gyro had darker skin like hers, but even his was significantly lighter. Maggie's got darker skin like her mom, and with Gyro's constant mistreatment, she felt like she didn't really fit in. She later questioned if her father didn't like her because she didn't look like him. She favored the mother (in terms of appearance). Then along came Godot and Jake who have skin color of a shade similar to hers, who pepper in a few foreign words her and there like her father, who have darker hair like hers (well, before Godot's turned white lol)...They were like cultural role models for Maggie and helped her feel more comfortable. Coupled with the fact that Gyro really liked these men, they made her feel safer.
But that still didn't answer the question of why Gyro was especially rude to her whenever she wore anything yellow.
And wouldn't it be cute if Jake and Godot taught Maggie and her sisters a bit of Spanish? I think it would be cute. Like, Gyro doesn't know Spanish, so anytime Jake or Godot catches him being standoffish with Maggie, they cheer Maggie up by saying a lighthearted joke about Gyro in Spanish. Maggie understands what they're saying and laughs at the joke, and Gyro is completely clueless lol.
Ok so there's this one scene in Back to the Future Part III where a sheriff is teaching his son how to be sheriff and tough with outlaws. The outlaw tries to get smart with him and tells him to smile because the sheriff is always frowning, and the sheriff replied, "The only party I'll be smiling at is one that sees you at the end of a rope." And when the outlaw walks away, the sheriff tells his son not to give any of these outlaws any ground, and the son replied with, "I will, Pa."
And so the point is, Paxe eventually opens up to the idea that Godot and Jake are coinhabiting HER house (that's right, her house and not Gyro's lol), and she gets curious as children are. She tails Jake around the most, asking him what he does, and he explains in his own way that he's a rogue sheriff, and she's just. Taken by the idea of being a cowboy! So long story short, I can see that scene happening between the two of them, where Jake teaches Paxe how to be tough with criminals, and Paxe eagerly takes in all of the information. And Jake is so proud of her!!!! He pats her shoulder and tells her what a good job she's doing (gruffly, of course) and takes her out to lunch to have spaghetti, which she's not gonna say no to.
Godot taking care of Sadie-Mae is like a ray of sunshine for the girl. She thought that she was all alone in her pain and that she stood out in all the wrong ways. Then she meets one of the guys her buffoon of a father is dating and...she feels seen. There's this invisible connection between Godot and Sadie-Mae that subconsciously draw them together. At first, Sadie-Mae tries to dismiss Godot like she would her father, but he doesn't go away like she wanted. Instead, he stays and plays with her a bit, using her own words against her to poke fun at her. Light fun, and no matter what she says to him to make him go away, her words never hit him. He sits across from her, sipping his coffee, savoring the bitterness of it, and calling her "kitten" and "princess". He's so charming that her frustration kinda burns out, and she finds herself chatting pleasantly with him. He asks her about that favorite porcelain doll she always carried around, and she opens up even more, eventually gushing all about how she loves her doll. And she doesn't even realize it! When she realizes that she's talking to much or just generally sounding silly, she gets all self-conscious and clams up again. He picks up on her sudden shyness and chuckles--it was cute!
The next day, Gyro nearly falls out of his chair when he sees that brat Sadie-Mae run up to Godot after school and immediately ask him for homework help.
Also like....Godot giving Sadie-Mae a piggy back ride, come on now!!! And whenever she says to make a turn or go here or go there, he replies with "As you wish, princess". You know, general dad-daughter cutesy stuff.
But due to their traumatic backgrounds, do you think that Godot would be especially physically protective of Sadie-Mae? Like, sometimes a serious thing happens or appears on TV, and Godot immediately shoo-es Sadie-Mae off, so that she doesn't see what's happening. Same goes for the other girls. When the girls are on the playground and one of them goes out of his line of sight, he's out of his chair looking for them.
And omg!!! Ever hear of a kids game where the kids are playing on a playground slide and tree and pretend that the playground construct is a ship and the ground around them is the ocean? Well, the girls pretend that they're sailors tryna survive on their stranded ship and not get caught by three "monsters" lurking in the water. So the girls run and jump from one end of their "ship" to the other while Gyro, Jake, and Godot slip underneath them and try to grab them from the steps or slide, etc. It's a little pretend game of survival.
And Johnny loves Gyro's children and thinks of them as his own, but he's also got Julia and Marco to worry about. M&M has Reese, so I imagine that all of the adults work together to wrangle the kids.

One morning, Godot wakes up and he can't find his visor nor his back up set or special glasses. He usually puts his visor on the nightstand right next to his side of the bed, and he keeps the glasses in a drawer of that nightstand where it's never out of reach.
But on this morning, both of those items were missing. Without either of them, he can't see shit! And of course, he had to misplace his white cane too.
In short, he's stuck. Looking for those items on his own would be like groping around in the dark, with sharp and heavy objects waiting to leave bruises if he walks around by himself.
So Gyro and Jake have to find these things. They must be somewhere about the house, but every time they ask Godot about their whereabouts, Godot firmly reiterates that he placed them on and in the nightstand as he always did before bed.
The mystery is solved once Gyro catches Maggie with Godot's glasses and follows her back to Sadie-Mae, who has his visor. The cane was ultimately found folded up underneath a bathroom sink. So the girls thought that the visor and glasses looked cool and decided to try them on. They had no idea that Godot needed them to see and go about his day! As punishment, the girls have to make a sincere, face-to-face apology to Godot and give him back his things.

Ok buuut
How cute would it be that when Godot is holding baby Maggie, she tries grabbing at his visor and pulling it off. She's in a phase where she grabs anything she can in sight, and despite being less than 2 years old, she's got a strong pull! Godot feels his visor slip off, and he can't afford to have this one broken if Maggie tosses it over her shoulder. At first, he catches her hands with his free one to pull them away, but if he's not holding onto her with both hands, she'll squirm, standing on his lap, and may fall over. So he HAS TO hold on with both hands.
But she just won't stop grabbing and pulling on his visor!!! He finds a middle ground. When he feels Maggie grabbing it again, he quickly removes his visor with a free hand and pass it off to Jake sitting on the couch near the baby holding chair. "Here, here, here! Take it" It almost slips out of Godot's hand with the force he gave it to Jake.
So now Godot is blind and absolutely MUST hold onto the child with both hands. When Maggie's small, curious and clumsy hands explore his face, he closes his eyes and endures their journey.

I don't think you need me to explain how funny and wholesome it would be for Sadie-Mae and Maggie to sit down and have a tea party with Gyro, Jake, and Godot. And if "Uncles" Johnny and Neil are there, they're tea party guests too!!!

Cuteness overload coming in hot:
One day when Maggie was away, her sister Sadie-Mae felt very lonely and wanted nothing more than to have a little tea party. At first, she was fine having it by herself, but that soon made her loneliness even worse. There was no way her older sister Paxe would sit down with her over and talk over tea and sweets. The 12 year old tomboy always wrinkled her nose at the mere idea of going anywhere near a tea set-up so pink, dainty, and girly. Of course, her father Gyro wouldn't be interested either. Many times, he could not stand the simple sight of Sadie-Mae and quickly wanted to escape her presence (which Sadie-Mae always noticed). The coward was just like her mother.
So there Sadie-Mae sat all alone at the table, teacups and plates empty. No sweets in the world would make her feel any less miserable.
Until Godot, one of her father's boyfriends sat down with her on one of those tiny plastic seats. Sadie-Mae felt a strange attraction to Godot. It wasn't romantic, of course. The girl simply felt like she was kindred spirits with the man in a way that was beyond her ability to articulate. She felt seen by a man older than her father and unrelated to her. He felt the same, but if he explained it to her, could a 7 year old child understand? Probably not.
So, he sat down, looking very out of place and comical in the awfully small pastel pink plastic chair. And suddenly, Sadie-Mae didn't feel quite so alone anymore. She poured him some tea, offered him some cream and sugar (which he declined), and he took a scone then a second one.

I Just Posted Gyjo Fanfiction!
I just finished up chapter 5 of my newest project, a Gyjo fanfiction that explores the concept of Gyro and Johnny tackling fatherhood post-Steel Ball Run. Here are the details:
Title: Tears on a Rainy Day Chapter 5: The Gentleman’s Secret
Characters: Gyro Zeppeli, Johnny Joestar, JJBA OCs
Ship: Gyjo
Verse: Alternate AU Canon Divergence
Summary:  Nearly a decade passed after the disappearance of Gyro’s daughters. Somewhere in the United States of America, an unassuming man hid a dark secret.
Chapters: 5/?
Rating: Teen and Up
Warnings: Check the author’s notes at the beginning of each chapter for trigger warnings
Category: Angsty hurt/comfort (with a happy ending!), romance, family, adventure
Notes: This is a canon divergence fic that picks up where JJBA Part 7 Steel Ball Run left off. The sequence of events are mostly the same as in canon SBR, but the biggest notable difference is that Gyro survives the fight against Valentine. Mr. President is still thwarted and the events of the end of the race play out as in canon. Other differences include Gyro and Johnny picking up an extra travel buddy along the way and Gyro hiding some other secrets of his past from Johnny….

Shout out to my friend @oreocookiezzz for helping me develop this story! Big ups!

You know... It's kind of gross, but it's something I thought would make sense,
I think in order to earn money Since Sadie Mae is older now and has grown into her hot self (Cause like I said, Adult Sadie Mae is hot, just like her mom)
Sadie Mae would probably try being a prostitute
Not only cause she knows she's hot, but she feels guilty* about Maggie getting assaulted by that creep, and thus would probably conclude she deserves to be violated in retribution.
*Cause running away was her idea
I don't know what the other two would think if Maggie would insist that she didn't do that or if she'd feed into it.
Would Maggie hold a grudge against Sadie? Does she blame her for what happened or would all of that be in Sadie Mae's head?
And would she encourage this?
(I feel like Paxe wouldn't care)
I was planning on writing that into the story as a means of the girls getting some money after they escape. Of course, Sadie-Mae tries to keep it under wraps and doesn't tell Maggie nor Paxe about it. Until they suspicious about all this money that Sadie-Mae is mysteriously getting.
This is an interesting idea, and I can see Sadie-Mae engaging in such a reckless activity. She doesn’t enjoy it, but she might feel that she deserves it. And it brings in some cash to help keep her sisters afloat. She also wouldn’t tell Maggie or Paxe at all about what she’s doing. She knew that Maggie would hate that Sadie-Mae is willing subjecting herself to the same things their captor used to torture and break Maggie. Still, Sadie-Mae feels like she needs to do her part to get her sisters out of their situation of being homeless and clueless on how to get home. It’s a warped-sense of thinking, at best.
Of course, Sadie-Mae’s little escapades at night don’t go unnoticed by her sisters. Maggie is particularly upset because she’s grown dependent on everyone around her, so Sadie-Mae’s absence is a huge gap felt by her. She's worried about Sadie-Mae and wanted her and Paxe to stay with her, or otherwise it feels like Maggie's whole family is falling apart again. Of course, when Maggie catches Sadie-Mae doing all this stuff, she would be horrified and upset, confused that Sadie-Mae would do that to herself and even more confused at her sister’s justification.
Paxe wouldn’t like the idea either. By now, Paxe has learned to care about her sisters more. You can think of it as trauma-bonding. She feels a little closer to her sisters and isn’t as hostile to them, but she does push forward on occasion to find their father above all else, even when Sadie-Mae bitterly disagrees. Even Paxe is disgusted at Sadie-Mae’s actions and asks if the girl has even a shred of pride or dignity left. When Paxe wandered around the USA, she never once stooped so low to be a man’s plaything to earn a bit of money or have a place to stay. Instead, Paxe would go back to her "roots" and find a job as a maid or something to earn some money to support them. I figured that Paxe's mom was a religious lady and came from a very religious background, so prostitution was absolutely off limits. Paxe wasn't ignorant to the presence of prostitutes on the streets of Naples, Italy back when she lived with her mom. She heard her mom talk about it with her relatives, but usually it was in the form of insults in that those relatives called her mom a prostitute, just like those stray women. So, Paxe doesn't take kindly to Sadie-Mae becoming like those women. At all.
Eventually, Sadie-Mae gives it up, especially after one of the men got a bit handsey with her and pushed her around too much. Sadie-Mae used her stand power to get out of there, and while she thinks she can hide it, Maggie can see that she's shaken up by it. Sadie-Mae wasn't expecting this--she wasn't close enough to anyone in her life for them to know her so well, until she met Maggie, who has a talent for sensing Sadie-Mae's true emotions.
And if that guy comes back around to get at Sadie-Mae, big sister Paxe will be waiting...
