(8) what are your favorite character dynamics from [project]? elaborate on why. what scenarios not followed through with in-story would you want to put each dynamic in most? (ex: truthserum-ed and locked in a room; roadtripping; coffeeshop au; etc)

This is a very interesting question, but after thinking a bit, here goes!

Honor's Outcasts has a good found family dynamic that lends itself to a lot, but with these characters specifically, I'd love to see them in some sort of mystery of the week setting. Like Scooby Doo or something. It'd be cool to see Djek’s softer skills shine in a non-combat type of story. Also, Twenari, Sepo, and Izjik are all very smart in very different ways, so I'd like to see them prevailing and struggling in those regards. With the addition of magic, crimes get even stranger, so that'd be awesome too.

With the Mortal God cast, the group dynamic is much looser, so I'll split them up a bit more.

I would love to see Astra, Mashal, and Ivander in some sort of truth serum situation. Mostly just Ivander, because that man lies like a fish swims. It'd be tasty as hell to see him drop his facade, as well as Astra being forced to let go of her false confidence. The other two would be totally gobsmacked by how much of an anxious wreck she is on the inside. Also, the idea of Mashal being so embarrassed by all the 'mean things' he says, which pretty much just amount to "I don't think you're pulling off that haircut", is quite sweet and funny.

For Elsind and Avymere, I'd love to see them in some sort of boarding school au. Age them down a bit, have Elsind come in pretending to be an elf, and let the hijinks begin! It's such a normal setting for two utterly strange people. Roommates seems appropriate, and I totally think Avymere would have some sort of fully one-sided academic rivalry with Elsind, who's just trying her best.

As for the ghosts, some sort of "trip into the mind" thing would be awesome. Let them see each other's trauma. Let Anarac see his sons again, let Faalgun have to show his crew how far he'd fallen before he died, let Pash keep insisting that getting murdered for playing an unpopular song was an entirely normal thing that happened. Nyda and Kaulakri would probably just bully each other for dying in stupid ways, ngl.
