it felt as if your eyes had doubled, no tripled, in size, eyes hurt as you stared at your stalker’s face. surprisingly, it was a very familiar one.

when your voice rose, the man darted forward, hand on your mouth as he pressed the knife to your neck again.

eyebrows furrowed, you approached the clothes slowly, not wanting to make any sudden movements or noises. cold dread washed over you when you saw the semi-formal clothes, taking in his black slacks and dress shirt underneath his hoodie.

“why are you forcing me, mingi? I told you no-”

he paced forward, face now inches from yours, a stern expression on his face that he never showed you at the café. even when you’d turned mingi down, he gave you a small smile and thumbs up, seemingly disappointed but taking it fairly wrong.

tho!! in fiction, i used to read a lot of YA like in my early teens LMAO (‘vampire academy’ and ‘pjo’ were my faves!) & during college i got into more self-help/autobio/memoir type books 🥹 the last one i remember reading was ‘when breath becomes air’—it almost made me take med FR HAHA

i don’t think i paid much attention to how things were written back then though!! i guess maybe that’s why i consider my writing to be a bit simple? when i write, my primary purpose is to make it clear and easily digestible kakskdn i’m not sure if that’s a product of the self-help/autobios/memoirs i used to read 😭 (atm i am reading ‘atomic habits’!)

when it comes to writing, i’m most inspired by music 🥺 every fic i write more or less comes with at least one song that i use as my anchor point—whether it’s vibes or a certain line or the overall mood!! real life experiences too!!

when it comes to my everyday tho, idw be so sappy but my bf rlly inspires m, esp lately!! there’s a kind of life we want to live and seeing him work towards that is smth that pushes me to work towards it too 🥺 i haven’t had the best self-confidence lately, but he’s always believing in me & telling me he knows i’m capable of so much more than i think 🥺

i like this ask a lot actually, i really needed to hear that.

i’m gonna use this as another quick psa that i didn’t wanna address because i know you guys mean well, but i still feel like it needs to be said.

i don’t really appreciate people coming into my dms, or asks / submissions telling me i need to post more, that they don’t like some of the stuff i’m posting, getting annoyed if i don’t post what you want, etc.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with not liking my content. i want you to just scroll and ignore, i promise, i won’t be hurt. but to personally tell me you think my posts are bad, and that you prefer other writers over me is odd and i don’t really appreciate it😭😭. i’ve never once said i think i’m a better writer then anyone. i genuinely don’t think i’m all that great, but i do it because i enjoy it and i enjoy when others do too.

now as for people telling me they wished i wrote more headcanons and posted more; i want you to know that i post everything i finish. it takes time to write my hc posts, especially because they’re usually long, and for someone like me who’s a perfectionist, i tend to spend wayy to much time rereading and rewriting that i burn myself out.

i also treat this like it’s a hobby. i’m a busy person, i work a couple jobs and i’m very family oriented, so i don’t spend a lot of time on here. i post whenever i can, and whenever i want. i know it sounds selfish, and i apologize, but that’s just the way it is.

the majority of you make me so happy and i lovveee hearing your guys’ input & thoughts! i don’t mean to sound rude or entitled in this, i apologize if it comes off that way.
