Holy fucking shit sending a wire to close on a property is intense
#made worse by: me-is x the final amount? y-i'm out of town ask b. b-*crickets*#i did eventually call b and b's receptionist(?) said b is working on the final closing disclosure#so like good to know *crickets* had *doing the work needed to get a definite answer* behind it even if it didn't put me at ease up front#so now#i wait#in front of the bank#until i have the final number#and the cd to show my bank so they know I'm not just sending a ridiculously large sum of money for no good reason#also b/c they require it XD#getting VERY EXCITED AND NERVOUS as closing day approaches AGAIN and it starts to actually feel real#my closing date got moved back by two days on the day before the og closing date XD#so my wednesday is monday repeated but i get to actually send the money today
