i woke up early this morning, at 6 am, thinking i had to be at work. i couldn't fall back asleep once i realized it was the weekend, so i got up and made myself a cup of coffee and got comfortable on our big leather chair next to the window that one of the neighbors was giving away for free. i opened up tumblr (of course, boo hoo) and the first thing i see is a beautiful picture from @maddieonthings. i then proceeded to spend the next two hours of my morning looking through all the wonderful pictures he takes of his journeys with his dog Maddie and man, i am really aching for a quiet morning in a field under a mountain, the scent of coffee mingling with fire smoke, and the sound of someone singing a low hum.
