"Chef, Toulouse Bonfamille is at Table Eight!"

Remy immediately looked up from the orders he had been calling out. Quickly, he met eyes with Chef Seville, who immediately jumped into action, moving to the sink to wash her hands. "On it, Chef!" Seville exclaimed as she came around to take over the job.

"Thank you, Chef," Remy called back, giving one last wave before he pushed out onto the dining room floor.

Because naturally, he had to greet one of Gusteau's VIP customers.

He arrived at Toulouse's table with wide smile-- and a bottle of wine. "Bonjour, Monsieur Toulouse. As always, it is a pleasure. I've brought a small gift for the holidays?" He held up the wine.
