i think companies should have to actually name the specific herbs and spices that go into their products instead of just saying "spices" in the ingredients list, actually
#trying to identify the common element in the foods i have a bad reaction to is HARD when nothing is SPECIFIC#anyway i am in a bad mood bc dinner was delicious and now im having reflux and the prelude to a reflux migraine !#literally god forbid i want to enjoy something with a tiny bit of flavour and seasoning for 1 single meal#i MISS being EXCITED abt food now i just. eat in fear of reflux or migraines or ''ibs'' etc etc :)))#i mean at least i managed to fgure out that additive 621/msg causes the TERRIBLE cramps and violent aftermath so thats a win but#also a Loss in terms of flavour and options. along with cutting back significantly on dairy/lactose....#the Strong garlic/ginger combo seems to be a recurring element in Problem Foods for me but i cannot be SURE at this stage#anyway . miss wanting to eat. miss wanting to cook. miss being excited to try a meal rather than anxious abt how it MIGHT go badly after
